I live in Bloomington, and I had always been looking for a hair removal center nearby. I didn’t want to drive an hour to Indianapolis, so I’m very happy that they opened a center where I live. My first appointment was very pleasant, and the information was very clear. I really liked the way everything was explained to me, including the process and the payment options. I decided to do my hair removal, and I’m very happy with it. I’ve already had two sessions 😃 Later on, I plan to start sessions for my underarms, which is what I want the most. Kennedy walked me through everything before my first laser treatment (I did underarms) and made me feel completely at ease. She explained what to expect afterward and even what to call in for if anything came up. The pricing conversation afterward was easy and straightforward, which I really appreciated. I ended up moving forward with treatment, chose monthly payments, and I’m already looking forward to my future appointments. As soon as this clinic opened I was ready to give them my money. I had done extensive research prior and being a woman of color was very mindful of the risks associated with laser hair treatments. The ladies at the Normal store have been nothing but courteous, professional, caring and attentive through my journey to being hairless. I'm more than confident in my recommendation of this being a reputable, competent establishment who prides themselves on care and follow up. I've had over a year of treatments and unfortunately had a minor burn one time. They addressed it quickly, followed up multiple times and helped with after care which helped quickly fade the mark as I was concerned about scarring. Definitely worth the investment and their payment options made it affordable and very accessible. Thank you!
