Five stars for Edgebrook Dermatology! It's no wonder they continuously win "Best of Rockford". The brilliant Dr. Maria Al -Basha has created a lovely, relaxed environment. From the always smiling front desk ladies to the educated medical/ esthetic staff it is a pleasure visiting this office. I always feel well taken care of. I specifically want to mention the amazing laser tech Monica! She has transformed my skin with various treatments and product recommendations. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explains every step. I am seeing great results. I always feel comfortable and cared for during any session. I highly recommend Monica and can't wait for my next appointment!

It’s been a few years since I’ve been here, I have to say this time around I really felt cared for and listened to. Amira was so nice and listened to my concerns and gave me a few alternatives and didn’t disregard me. I also really appreciate Samantha for following up with me on my visit and just making sure I had a good experience with the office. 12/10 love the girlies in office also! I highly recommend Edgebrook Dermatology for tattoo removal. I have had great results so far with my former Laser Technician. I have to throw a huge shout out to Monica Barrera, my new Laser Technician. She is small in stature and mighty in results. From one Technician to the other, Monica's technique, skill, attention to detail and thoroughness was impressive. I can't believe the way my tattoos reacted to this treatment as opposed to my past treatments. The result was a stark as day is to night. Monica is currently the only Laser Technician for tattoo removal, hard to get into, however with that said one cannot argue with the results she provided.

I’m so glad I came here! I heard about their expansion and updated Aesthetic Center and it truly did not disappoint. It’s stunning and makes me feel like I’m in a Beverly Hills spa. Amira is truly an amazing injector and her bedside manner and attention to detail with my face made me so happy. I’ve found my new home for injectables and laser treatments to keep my skin youthful and fresh. The warm neck pillow, coffee station, cute ice packs after my filler, check in girls that are so sweet, the whole thing with every attention to detail was so nice to see. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Dr. Albasha is very rude. She was rude to my son when he was very little age 5 and had a wart froze. He started to cry and she got down in his face and yelled at him. He did not deserve to be treated like this.,My other son had 2 moles removed one was precancerous and they scared bad and became large bumps. She did nothing about it and refused to. I had to take him to a different doctor to have the large scares treated. They got a little better but they are still large and he will have to live this way forever the rest of his life. She was very rude to me. Sometime when I had a BBL treatment the technician would talk to the other staff and just visit. I would try to get a word in but couldn’t When I finally did and asked about something an area on my check she said “You should have told me while I was doing it I can’t now.” I have bad results from the laser treatments at this place. You have to wait forever in her office for you to be called back to a room. Worst dermatologist ever definitely not very knowledgeable.

Their staff was very nice, but they do not answer the phone or return voicemails for days. After my procedure, I had an important question that needed a same-day response — I called three times - no one answered - and left three voicemails, but no one ever called back. I also needed a simple confirmation that they received my payment, and still couldn’t get a response (still waiting for this). If you have a question or need anything, don’t hold your breath waiting for a call back.

I had my free consult with Sarah about a week ago. She is so welcoming and helped me understand in more depth the procedure I was interested in. The Dermaglow facial, for wedding prep!! Sarah helped me book the Diamond glow the following week! Fast forward the next week and I had THE best experience with Adrianna for the Diamond glow.
