Dr. Crawford and his staff are incompetent. He prescribed my daughter a medicine for acne that was potentially dangerous and harmful, but when it came to explaining the medicine and the process it took to get the medicine they were lax, uninformed, and unsure of what they were doing. I caught them in several lies when it came to the pharmacy filling the script, they weren't prompt or courteous when I had questions. My daughter was on a 6 month program and the last 2 months she wasn't able to get her medicine, due to their office mishaps and misunderstandings. It took them 4 days to return my call the last month, and the day before her last appointment the office called and said I would have to go to the Seymour office because the Columbus office was having issues with insurance certification. I was dissatisfied and will travel to another city before I use this office again.

Worst medical experience everrr!!!! If you love your skin avoid going to Dr. Crawford. He is rude, unprofessional & doesn't care about your problems. Have you ever heard about Doctors that just test different drugs on people to see what happens. Thats exactly what Dr. Crawford does. I was out of my appointment in 5 minutes. He didn't even check me & randomly prescribed me medicine (WRONG MEDICATION). Stay away from this doctor unless you want to spend tons of money to get a bad skin. He sold me products on such a expensive price, which you can find in pharmacies for half.
