Just went in for my 6th session I believe, basically half way through my laser journey and Sky did an awesome job and talking me through my appointment today! She made it seem like it wasn’t really that bad, in turn I think it psychologically worked LOL. It was great! I was in and out in 1 hr and 30 for full Brazilian and front and back of my legs done!! Laser is not the most fun experience in the moment but the outcome/results are amazing and if you have coarse and or dark hair, I highly recommend it! Sky did an amazing job just getting it done and making sure I got enough breaks!! 10/10.

I returned since having Botox for my forehead, Crows feet and my 11's in April- I think I had gotten a total after it was all said and done of like 55 units. When I came back more than 3 months later I was only treatment planned for basically a touch up. Apparently the botox had worked pretty good for me, so I didn't need as much and this time all we had to do was touch up a little bit on my forehead. I think we might have used 30 units and then I went ahead and had Nichelle give me some injections in my jaw line to help with clenching my teeth. I went 10 units on each side, I think it gave me a little relief but I think I need a lot more-but that is definitely the route that needs to be taken for daytime clinching. I am happy with the results especially on my forehead because you cannot see any facial expressions. LOL

Miscommunication with rep who sold me Botox and filler treatment, arrived at scheduled appointment (received confirmation via text), representative at front desk explained I was not scheduled. Everyone was really nice, Nichelle (nurse) was wonderful! However, after one week of receiving Botox injections, my right side was frozen but, left side was not. Manager Compt Botox injection on left side, however, at previous appt I had to pay more money out of pocket due to needing more units than estimated. The franchise feels like money is kore important that the client. More than likely will not return after paying for this visit. Have asked where my credit for filler is and how they will credit me, however, still have no answers. After this treatment, will only use what credit I presume I will have on account for unused filler, then will not return.

Ideal Image Greenwood needs to improve their customer service team. They either need a complete change of representatives or provide proper training to ensure they understand their roles and know how to communicate professionally with clients. Everyone avoid this place if you can.

I have been here since 2019 and I paid for the full service of laser hair removal with the lifetime guarantee. They charge me $150 every time for touchups keep in mind. And today, they inform me that they’re changing the business name and can’t honor my service moving on. Meaning find a new place for your laser hair removal service. This is honestly fraud. Please don't come here. There are other laser places that give you lifetime touches for free.

I had a full face and full body laser hair removal appointment today, September 16th. When I arrived at my appointment in Indiana in Greenwood from Chicago, without giving me advance notice, they assigned me two apprentices and the expert to do my session, which is always only done by an expert in 1 hour and a half, full body and full face. This time, in one hour they could only do TWO ARMPITS and TWO EYEBROWS WITH TOO MUCH PAIN because the two apprentices were doing it, so they didn't do any more areas and I said I wasn't going to continue, I didn't want to continue because they didn't tell me that the expert would not do my session and it was too much time that it was going to take with the apprentices and with much more pain, in order to cancel it and change to Chicago they told me that I had to accept the document that they sent me which said that they had completely done today's session being number 8 full face and 8 full body, which was NOT done completely, they didn't even do 20%.

I just finished my second laser hair removal session with Ashley and I’m loving it so far!! This was a big decision for me not only financially but to better my confidence and I couldn’t be happier with the place I decided to go with. Staff is friendly, the establishment is very clean and safe practices. Ashely is so kind and made me so comfortable even when we were doing full Brazilian she never made me feel weird! I love her and plan on sticking with her through the remainder of my sessions. Overall this place is great so far.

Ashley did an amazing job!! I went in today for my third hair removal session (first time with Ashley) and I saw results right after. Normally most of the hair would fall out after a week or two then I would need to shave the remaining but not this time, leaving the center all the hair was gone!! She did not miss a single spot.
