I can’t thank Associates in Dermatology enough for the wonderful care I received! After a previous scare, I was extremely anxious about returning to the dermatologist, but Susan Elrod made the entire experience so reassuring and positive. She was kind, thorough, and truly put my mind at ease. I walked away with so much peace of mind. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate, professional dermatology care!

I am only giving this review 2 stars because I love Dr. Elrod and the staff have always been wonderful. I did try to find somewhere on their website to email someone there directly but I could not find an option for that. So, here it goes-The audacity to ask to have a credit card on file incase you do not pay was appalling to me. I was paying my copay in cash but if I did not give them a card to put on file I would have to pay and extra $20.00 as a deposit. What if I owe you nothing? Do I get my refund in 30 days? I already despise healthcare and this is icing on the cake. I wonder if I would have paid my Copay with my card if they would have advised me of this new practice because I do not ever go to their website or was I notified by any other means. While I was on the website it did pop up after I had already been navigating on the webpage several min. before it showed. I walked out today and I know they know who this is and hope someone reaches out to me to discuss further. I have always paid my debt, the most concerning part is they give you 30 days to pay or they are taking your money and I have had many instances where I have never received a bill and then they are calling and they are taking care of immediately. But I will NEVER give my credit/debit card to anyone to keep on file. While I know this practice is not illegal and it is becoming common practice whether I agree or not, so be it. Now I need a new Dermatologist. Take from it what you will. Also, I am assuming that they would accept a debit card but I'm not giving you that either. Thank you Dr. Elrod for the wonderful years and I hope I find someone as competent and caring as yourself.

First of all, the doctors and medical staff are great. Shout out to Dr. Knable especially. The admin staff are friendly and helpful, if not a little overwhelmed, due to the high volume of clients. I had a scheduling issue last week, followed by not having the best exchange with a front desk receptionist. I left a clear and direct, but not mean, message for management and assumed that was the best I would get. To my surprise, they got back to me with an appointment time later that day, which was fantastic. I get that things happen, and I was happy with how it was handled. But then, a couple of hours later, the receptionist called me, apologized for her response, and explained where things went a little sideways. In a world where customer service seems like a lost skill most of the time, I was blown away by the sincere and quick response addressing my concerns, which weren't a huge deal to begin with. I thought it was a memorable and RARE response and wanted to share it.

This office is awesome. I always see the nurse practitioner Susan Elrod. I have been going for a med that I have been on for 6 mths. The staff is always very nice. I have seen of of the other doctors as well. He was nice but I prefer Susan Elrod. I highly recommend this office

Been seeing a DR here for about 10yrs. Finally decided to see another for second opinion. All I can tell you is this place does not care for you, they are simply trying to make money off you. I've never felt better after leaving! I waited about 6 months before leaving this review to allow time to form an actual opinion. You are simply a number here, nothing more. Conclusion, get a second look!

Terrible!! Dr Knable spent like 1 minute in room with me. He took a small flashlight up and down my body very quickly and I have a seed wart in my hand that he hit real quick 1 time with the freeze off. I was in and out of the office in like 20 minutes!! Still have the seed wart!!! Got a bill for $179.00 after my insurance definitely got overcharged 500.00!!! All that money for absolutely nothing!!

Highly dislike this place. Emily Lutz was extremely rude, on top of that she is never in the office. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for months but all they care about is money. I expressed that I am having an extreme eczema flare up and that I am needing a new referral for my injections due to me switching insurance. I have already updated my insurance. They refuse to see me unless I pay my bill. Paid my bill and they are claiming that I owe $25 for an appointment that they canceled. This place does not care about their patients at all

I just had my procedure today so I don’t know what my incision looks like but Dr.Haeberle has a great bedside manner. He was informative, compassionate and put my mind at ease very quickly. His nurse was fantastic, ,kind and friendly- just what you want when you’re going in for a cancer procedure. It’s also worth noting the front desk gal was extremely friendly as well. I come from the medical field and easily give this office and Doctor 5-stars. Thank you for putting me at ease on what could’ve been a scary day.
