I had a fabulous experience. Shannon B. gave me great customer service very professional staff. This will be my choice in the future. Shannon is committed to constant self-evaluation and improvement. One of the many things I admire about the her is that her management shows, constantly honing and updating their skills. Always a couple good ideas to refresh your look. I cannot imagine that many salons invest in their stylists to this degree, but the Salon does. Another thing I'd like to mention is that the environment is cheerful and upbeat with genuine personal interest in the clientele without being "fawning" or over-the-top.
