At first, I gave this company a 5 star rating as it was amazing. Now since I have been a patient there now for a few month, things have changed. 1. They called to reschedule my second appointment as I didn’t get my blood work done in time. However they still billed me for it even though they rescheduled. 2. I always have difficulty getting my medication refilled. It requires multiple phone calls. 3. I have been calling them, and leaving messages for 2 weeks now, as I had to reschedule my appointment. Despite many calls and messages, no one has called me back. If they did, they didn’t leave a message. I really want to continue my treatment, but it feels like they dont care about the patients. I really hope this changes and improves. If things change, I will do an updated review!

I was a patient here for over 7 years and my experiences are mixed. I like Stacey but I have to say her staff is very disorganized and policy changes are not communicated very well. I also feel like she takes on too many patients or has too many other responsibilities in that building. I have had to wait months for appointments and my hormones were always bottomed out. I finally had enough when they canceled my July appointment and pushed me out to October. I found another provider in Newburg at Mercy Urgent Care. Kim and Gina seem great and I got my bloodwork and my pellet all in the same week! I’m super excited to see how I feel getting my pellet on a regular 3 month basis instead of waiting 4-5 months.

I have mixed feelings after being a patient for several years. I definitely love my practitioner Stacy Head and the services she provides. She does a very competent job and takes time to listen and answer questions. Unfortunately the practice itself does not appear to be very well managed. The turnover among staff is huge, they appear to be frequently short staffed, and the telephones are totally mismanaged. Several medical practices in the building share a single receptionist who seems totally overwhelmed and cannot handle the call volume So it goes to voicemail and so many messages pile up that it takes many days for anyone to call you back and you usually end up leaving many frustrating messages until someone finally calls but it is practically impossible to get through. If it weren't for that I think their patients would be much happier.

Told me step by step what was going to happen and made sure to meet with me prior to my appointment to let me know what to do a couple days before to make the procure go smoother! I will definitely be going back to the clinic to get more work that they provide! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had many questions about the MiraDry procedure, and they were able to answer them all in a way that made me feel very comfortable and confident in the process. I’ve suffered from hyperhidroses since the beginning of my teen years and it drastically altered the way I lived life. Any social event, including school and work, I constantly worried about people noticing my pit stains. I went to all the extremes to keep it hidden and eventually just stopped going out altogether because I was so embarrassed by it. I tried prescription strength DrySol antiperspirant and not only did it not work, it was uncomfortable to wear. I thought my only option was surgery that normally costs over $10,000 until I found MiraDry. This procedure was so much more realistic financially that I decided to give it a try. I could not be more happy about my decision. Now a little over a month since the procedure, I haven’t sweat under my arms one single time and it’s like I’ve finally been allowed to live. I highly recommend this to anyone suffering from hyperhidrosis, I know how to difficult it can be to live with.

The staff and level of customer service that I received as a new patient was extremely disappointing. They don’t return calls. The staff is less than friendly or helpful and has zero customer service skills. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will never recommend this office. I would leave less than 1 star if I could.
