Not only do the doctors take over a week for a call back (and I’m the one who called again and again to get answer), but they also lie about what they will do for you follow up. Money hungry doctors who want you to come in for that $80 copay even though they told you that you wouldn’t have to since all they had to do was refill a medication (2nd round only). I specifically dealt with Dr Lesley and her assistants. She would not speak with me directly nor would her assistant check a second time with her. Truly would never recommend her or this establishment if they’re willing to let their doctors go back on their word to patients just to make more money 🤷🏻‍♀️ I cannot stand what has become of the medical industry and these people are only contributing to the problem.
