Need an appointment at the Chalmette location? No problem, they’ll set you up at their Uptown location. When you show up to your appointment to a locked and vacant office they tell you it was a scheduling error and they can get you in the following Monday. Show up for your rescheduled appointment and the appointment is actually a totally different date as what was confirmed via telephone. Whoever handles scheduling should be fired. Missed two days of work for two separate scheduling errors, and everyone encountered was non-accommodating and unapologetic. I do not recommend any new patients utilize this clinic if you place any value on your own time and effort. Very disappointed and dissatisfied and will not be attempting a third appointment. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice…
