The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, but what really stood out was Ms. Candice. She was so personable and down to earth that I genuinely felt like I was talking to someone I knew. At one point I even caught myself calling her “girl,” which I would never do in a professional setting, but that’s how comfortable she made me feel. What I appreciated most was that she was not trying to sell me anything. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch at all. She was informing and educating me. She explained how the laser works, the history behind it, how long Milan has been in business, and what laser hair removal was originally designed for. I love knowledge, so I really enjoyed the consultation. Even after the appointment, she didn’t rush me out. She took a call from another client who was arriving and needed directions, and once she finished, we continued our conversation. That meant a lot to me. If you’re in the market for laser hair removal, Milan (M-I-L-A-N) is definitely the place to go. Professional, informative, and genuinely welcoming.
