I highly recommend ideal image! I just had my 2nd laser hair removal appointment and it was great! Shams always make you feel relaxed and b/c she has an amazing personality and she is very knowledgeable .. she makes the appointment enjoyable! For any of my friends with darker skin and coarse hair.. I recommend going to Ideal Image b/c they have the right equipment needed for darker skin. It Does Not leave dark marks as I was previously told by another company. You will see instant results! The whole staff is very friendly and helpful!! I highly recommend!!!

I still cannot recommend this place enough! I, over the course of my service, had three technicians, Alexa, Sarah, and Shams. All of whom were super professional, friendly, and kind. Shams was my most recent and finished out my treatment, she was amazing, fast, offered ice packs for pain, and went at the speed that I preferred, fast lol. I can’t elaborate on how happy I am with this place and for any future treatments this will be my preferred spot!

First of all. I’m the hardest person ever to get in touch with because I never answer the phone (I work nights)- and this team has been so polite and friendly and understanding when making appointments and confirming. Secondly, my first experience here was nothing short of truly 5 stars. Starting with Alyssa at the front desk, she made me feel so at home before going into my appointment. I felt like I was talking to a friend I’ve known for years! You can definitely tell she’s passionate about making clients have good experiences. When time for the actual laser hair removal, Alexa gave me all the faith in knowing I was in good hands. She explained everything thoroughly and boosted my excitement in how wonderful the results would be. I was getting hair removal on a less than modest area of my body and never felt exposed or uncomfortable. As a nurse myself, I am also very aware of cleanliness and hygiene, and there was not a stepped missed in this either! Already looking forward to becoming a regular at this establishment because it truly has given me the confidence in moving forward with long overdue self care!

I returned toIdeal Image for another cool sculpting procedure. Today, Alexa took care of my procedure. She was professional and friendly and so full of energy. She thoroughly explained the process to me, gave me an idea of what I might experience, and made sure I was comfortable. My wait time was unacceptable. My appointment was at 10 am but I did not see the provider until after 11 am. Which after speaking to her, waiting for everything to be in order and actually receiving Botox treatment, I left near 12 pm. A wait of over an hour with an appointment should not happen and when it does (as I do realize emergencies can pop up), the client should be compensated at least something. I drove 2 hours for this appointment and was on a strict time schedule. Having to I wait an hour longer than planned, threw my whole day off. The provider herself was wonderful. She was very nice and informative. My complaint is wait time: Thank you!
