I had such a great experience today at this location. Melissa, the Nurse Practitioner who did my laser treatment, was amazing. She was friendly, personable, and made sure I understood everything about aftercare. I really appreciated how comfortable she made the whole process feel. The front desk receptionist was also so kind and welcoming, and they were even able to get me in early, which worked perfectly with my schedule. The entire environment is warm, professional, and inviting. I highly recommend this location for anyone considering laser hair removal!

I absolutely love this Milan location! The new full-time nurse is amazing she made me feel so comfortable and explained every single step so well. She was super diligent and really took her time, which I appreciate so much. The front desk is always friendly and full of high energy no matter who’s working. I gave it 2 stars because, overall, I love Milan Laser. They have been excellent and accommodating throughout the 5+ years I've been with them. However, this clinic has not lived up to the brand. I've had multiple appointments canceled without notice (once I wasn't even informed and only found out when I arrived and saw no one there). It takes over 10 weeks to get an appointment because they can't fit me in, and I don’t have the time or money to drive there and wait all day because they have to split up my 2-hour session into increments. If you're thinking about laser hair removal, Milan Laser is a good choice, but I can't recommend this specific location.

My appointments are frequently canceled or rescheduled due to a lack of provider, which makes it difficult to maintain consistent treatment. I hope this issue can be addressed, as everything else about the experience has been great.
