I cannot say enough amazing things about Erika at Level Up MedSpa in Andover! I originally came in for Emsculpt and ended up doing extra sessions because the experience with her was that incredible. From the very first appointment, Erika took the time to get to know me, understand my goals, and walk me through all of my options in the most informative and supportive way. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional—she’s also warm, funny, and so easy to connect with. Every single visit felt like catching up with a friend and made every appointment something I genuinely looked forward to -- a respite from a stressful week or day. She works so hard and puts in so many hours, but you'd never know it—she was always so present, accommodating, and full of positive energy. Whether it's threading, waxing, body contouring, or facials—Erika literally does it all. I can't wait to go back and try more treatments with her. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was super clean and calming. It’s exactly what you want when you’re spending money to relax and treat yourself. Erika was incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely paid attention to my skin’s specific needs. She explained every step of the facial and made sure I was comfortable throughout.
