After many years as a client, I’ve decided to move on from Flawless Medspa. I frequently went in for lip filler because the results didn’t last more than two months, and I often ended up with lumps. I assumed this was normal for my lips. Recently, I visited a new medspa for a second opinion. They explained that I have an M shaped lip, which can be more challenging to inject and really requires someone with advanced experience. They also suggested a lip flip instead of more filler and were surprised by how frequently I had been receiving treatments. Most notably, they pointed out that my filler had migrated under my lip something that was never mentioned at Flawless. I want to say that my injector at Flawless has always been very kind, personable, and clearly cares about her clients. I think she’s a great person I just don’t believe she has the specific experience needed to handle an M shaped lip properly. It feels, in retrospect, like the treatments were more routine than customized to my unique anatomy. I appreciate the years I spent there, but I’ve learned how important it is to be with providers who not only care, but also have the expertise to tailor treatments based on individual needs.

Had the most amazing facial today with Rachel! Diamond glow facial was absolutely incredible, my skin has never looked so flawless. Also had botox with Amanda, who was so professional and offered a numbing service to make me more comfortable, even tho I didnt need it. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness tho. Beautiful facility, lots of parking and right off the highway. Highly recommend these two ladies!

Unfortunately, I had the worse experience with Flawless MedSpa. Everything was great up to the payment step, after that complete ignore. I had a microblading laser removal with Mel, that had close to zero effect. I called multiple times, went in for a technician to look at the results, they promised someone will give me a call back after they look at the before and after pictures. After that, I called several times to see if they can give me a call back because I had another appointment in the books and wasn’t sure if I should keep it or not. Today morning, the day of the appointment, my appointment was cancelled. I hope those $200 I wasted bring a lot of luck to the salon.

Ask for Caitlin! On my first visit, Caitlin did beautiful work on my lips. I was extremely satisfied. My second appointment, I was given to Amanda. I wish I had stayed with Caitlin. I had purchased a full syringe of filler. During the visit she couldn't put all of it in my lips so she only used 1/2 syringe. She kept the unused, unopened 1/2 syringe and still charged me for a full syringe. They refused to refund me even when I saw the unopened box on the counter. She's a thief. Plain and simple. Be careful and aware of what you buy and how much you get injected.

I came in for Botox and to be honest was a little nervous, but Amanda made me feel so comfortable. She did a consultation with me and explained all the steps and processes. Together we decided to do 30 units in my forehead and I could not be happier with the results!
