I absolutely love, love, love Premier Laser Spa in Burlington. Everyone is friendly and helpful and Francesca is amazing! I've been going for a few months now and have had a number of treatments (full face). The results are far beyond my expectations -- I have spent years trying to deal with the hair growth on my face due to PCOS and I honestly thought it was something that I was going to have to live with forever. After my first treatment I noticed a huge difference. Now, after around 4 or 5 treatments, I can hardly even remember what it was like before! My skin is smoother and I can leave the house without my previous 15 minute hair removal routine. Laser hair removal is addicting! Once you start and see the results, you want to do it all! I highly recommend Premier Laser Spa of Boston. They are great and it is super worth it.

My experience at Premier Laser Spa has been amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Abbey and Jenny are awesome! As far as the laser itself I am having great results!! I've only been a few times and already have much less hair growth. The results are fast! I would definitely recommend Premier Laser Spa!

I love it here! I was referred to Premier Laser Spa in Burlington by a friend of mine from work. I work in the Waltham area, therefore it's amazingly simple to quickly step in for a treatment during lunch or after work. Honestly I'm in and out in under 15 minutes for my treatment and it's always worry free. The team ensures their clients are comfortable and ensure all treatments are done in a efficient and effective way. I'm already seeing great results after 3 treatments and am looking forward to the summer / bikini months!

Francesca DiOrio, my laser technician, is very experienced and a pleasure to work with. From my first appointment, she addressed all my concerns in a professional manner. During each treatment she was very meticulous and did not to miss any spots - I am extremely happy with the results. If you have the chance to work with Fran, do so quickly, as I cannot believe that you will ever need to look elsewhere for your hair removal needs.

First let me say that the staff here are wonderful! They were kind and courteous, and very informative! I had won a gift card at a local 5k race, and I went in for a consult for laser hair removal. The woman at the desk was super nice, offered me coffee, tea, or water (and just for a consult, too!), and set me up in a comfortable room to fill out the necessary paperwork. I spoke with Rachel, the Assistant Manager, who explained the whole process to me in such a way that I wasn't overwhelmed or overloaded with information, and I understood not only the procedure, but what was expected and necessary both before and after treatment. I was going to go ahead with laser hair removal for my underarms and legs with financing, but an unexpected expense came up and I had to cancel treatment. When I explained things to Rachel, she was super understanding. She worked with her manager and cancelled things without a fee so I wouldn't have to worry about any unexpected charges, and even told me that I could hold on to my gift card for when I am able to reschedule treatment, despite the fact that I'm going to be moving cross country in a few months! How wonderful is that!? I definitely recommend this place. Of course, I can't speak for the treatments themselves, but everything I experienced there was wonderful.

I had laser done about 20 years ago at another institute only to find it did not work, so I as sceptical this time when my sister got me a gift of laser hair removal at Premier Laser Spa of Boston, in Burlington. I have only had one treatment and already I can see the difference in my skin and the texture of my hair. Susan had all the correct information to provide me with during my consultation and told me exactly hat it would feel like as well as how many treatments were necessary. Christie-Ann was very professional and knowledgeable about the procedure, she made sure I was comfortable and well cared for during and after the treatment. I look forward to showing my results off! as a women that suffers from polycystic ovary syndrome , going to premier laser spa has given me back confidence that I've been missing. when you first walk in your greeted by a smiling receptionist who's very welcoming. Overall i have had amazing results, and they are a very professional team. highly recommended

My wife and I visited the Columbus Laser Spa which is very shoddily managed and run, in June when my wife was attempting to purchase a hair removal package for me as a Father’s Day gift. During that visit we were lied to, mislead and have been given the run-around by the staff and the Director for the last two months as we tried to resolve a dispute. The day we signed up we were told that my gray hair may be an issue however if the roots were still dark, it would work. No mention as to how or when this was ever to be determined. They sent me in for an exam with the doctor who informed me that I was too tan to be treated and would have to wait a couple months. At that point my wife and I were going to cancel and not go forward with the program however the Director asked me to step into an office with her lead specialist who she stated had been doing this for more than 20 years and “knows way more than the doctor who sits in the back reading magazines all day”. The director instructed the technician to treat my lower back and my ears and asked her opinion, they both agreed that in their words “the doctor didn’t know what he was talking about”. I asked if there was a risk and the director said no, that she was putting her best technician on with me. I received the treatment that day and when I went back for a follow-up two weeks later to see if my tan had faded enough to do my shoulders they told me that I was still too tan and to come back in October but stay out of the sun. I asked to speak to the technician I worked with initially as I trusted her experience, but the staff told me she no longer worked there. She had given me her cell phone number so I called and she informed me that she was terminated through the doctor’s orders for treating me. My wife and I made the decision to stop immediately as neither of us trusted the people that you have in place at that location. We were lied to about what would and would not be permanent removal of the hair, we were deceived on the price, I never signed a release for the treatment that day only to find out that it was risky and to be shown pictures on a cell phone of burns that “people that were too tan received…after the treatment. I tried to see the doctor to have a discussion with him alone but he refused to meet with me unless the Director was present. Columbus Laser Spa has been giving me a run-around for two months stating that they are talking to corporate on my behalf. I have tried to call Corporate, as well as other locations to speak to a higher up manager however all of the 800 numbers take you back to Columbus if that is the area code you are calling from. No one in the Columbus location will give me any contact phone numbers, e-mails, names, etc. of any higher up contacts that can help. I am at the mercy of a someone that can not help me. I am willing to pay the amount that I was treated for but I want the rest of my money back, as of today we owe $7,400 to First Mutual Financial for this disaster. I have no interest in ever going through another laser treatment and will not accept that as compensation. I have spoken with my attorney and he is very anxious to take on this case based on the way I was treated. I am prepared to go that route as they will not answer calls, texts, e-mails, the staff at the front desk will not let me talk to the doctor who knows the liability. Gary Titus
