I actually normally never leave reviews, anywhere. I HAVE to here. I did some research for a while into laser hair removal, trying to see the pros/cons, effects, anything that might help me decide personally if it was worth it. Then I found Milan, particularly THIS location (Framingham). I went in for a free consultation, thinking it would be great to ask questions about personal body directly (types of hair, if effects differ, etc); I left entirely convinced regarding the treatment with a set plan in motion AND EQUALLY IMPORTANT to me: entirely comfortable and 100000% at ease with the people. THAT has made all the difference and I cannot thank you all enough. I make this choice for laser hair removal after a lot of thinking and Jackie in particular was INCREDIBLE in answering my endless questions and generally taking time to HEAR me and HELP me. Including a realistic discussion about pricing, which was a factor I wanted to be clear on upon arriving. Everyone has different circumstances and Jackie took plenty of time to explain what I needed to know to make a well-informed decision. That is something I think we all need more of. THANK YOU! EVERYONE at this location is INCREDIBLE that I have met so far - Naomi at the front is fantastic with a big smile and makes scheduling SO EASY & Stephanie is utterly amazing, taking time to reassure me by answering questions during the actual treatment regarding the laser (not to mention putting up with my semi-nervous first sessions' chatter!) I LOVE the Framingham location. I’ve been to 2 other locations before I became a client at this facility and I must say, I am very impressed. The women working there are so friendly and upbeat! I wanted to stay and hang out with them. It is clean and comfortable inside. The woman who did me treatment was SO quick!
