Just got off the phone with one of there receptionist after about a 5 minute wait. The woman I talked to was very short, you could tell she was busy or already agitated as her tone was very unpleasant. My call was very rushed with no assistance offered and then I was hung up on.

Their customer billing service is simply terrible. Last year November I visited my PCP for annual physical. They marked it as regular office visit mistakenly and billed me for a copayment associated with a regular office visit. I explained the dispute but they won't fix it. According to their record, I have follow up appointments of my annual physical but annual physical never happened. This is unfair and unethical practice.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Russo. She is so kind and compassionate, all while providing truly exceptional care. She heard me out about my health concerns, walked me through some medication adjustments, and offered referrals for additional care. I recommend her to everyone I can.

I see Dr. Heisner, I've been using him as my PCP for the last 5 years, and I would say my experience here has been really good. I like their new facility, Dr. H. (and Goodman and their staff) has always been on the whole, really upbeat and helpful. I'm unsure why everyone else has rated so low, because I've never had an experience here that would rate a 1 or 2.

I have always experienced okay care here (never great care, but never so badly that I would find a new provider). I can say my assigned PCP was Dr. Christiansen, but I never enjoyed seeing her for my appointments because she just came across as uncaring and not very thorough. As a result, I would see NPs whom usually had a better bedside manner. However, towards the end of my time in the practice, I was misdiagnosed, by one of the NPs on one of my appointments and I had to return again to see a different NP and pay another copay a week later to get a correct diagnosis and correct medications. Thankfully, nothing life threatening, but I was disappointed that I was misdiagnosed on first visit especially since all the symptoms were very present/visible. This experienced happened towards the end of 2022, so I was contemplating leaving their practice due to this incident. However, I understand people make mistakes (she was a very nice NP) and it was a non life threatening misdiagnosis, so I stayed within their practice. I didn’t want to go through the headache of obtaining a new MD since I had been at this practice for about 6 years and they had all my medical information. Well, shortly thereafter in late December 2022 I received a letter indicating my assigned PCP was retiring and I would need to find a new PCP. I figured I could be assigned a new PCP within this same group practice I had been in for 6 years, but they said I need to find a new PCP elsewhere along with all the other patients they were redirecting out due to the Dr. retiring and not enough MDs within their practice. On my call to get medical records the reception hung up on me (I was actually being very nice on the call so I was unsure why she hung up). While a patient I would give them 3 stars, but how they handled one of their doctors leaving/retiring I give them a 2. I never gave a review in prior years because I usually felt it wasn’t right to give them such poor ratings of a 2-3. I wanted to write a review now because I wouldn’t want others to have to experience this type of treatment. If you are looking for a new PCP in future years when they have more doctors and they are accepting patients - I would not recommend this practice. The doctor retiring was good in a way because it is forcing me to look for a new practice that I get better care (which I should have done years ago).

Treated a family member briskly, borderline rude, without enough attention while trying to put them on lifelong medication for a borderline issue after one extremely brief visit. Did not adequately address the issue that the appointment was made for. Doctor was not familiar with medications member was taking or if there would be interactions. Family member does not feel comfortable even beginning the medication given the quality of care received and we will be seeking a second opinion and not keeping this place as our PCP for any of us. I recommend you and your loved ones avoid this office unless sub par care is adequate for the occasion.

I had my appointment scheduled at 4:20. I then waited until 4:45 in the waiting room to be seen after patients that were scheduled after me had already been seen. No one acknowledged or apologized for me waiting. I talked with Dr. Christiansen and felt as if when I asked for testing I was judged and treated like I was stupid, and that I shouldn't worry since the problem had seemingly gone away. If I go here again I will ask to be cared for by someone else because this whole experience just made me feel way worse. Edit: I also would like to add that when I got visibly upset at the appointment she said she thought I was tearful because of the piercings in my ears. I was crying because of her lack of care, and she was clearly poking fun at me. If you're a doctor and you can't look past someone's self expression or appearance to care for them as a person or patient maybe you should reconsider your profession. She has now retired, but this was one of the cruelest experiences I have ever had with a doctor. I was already going through a hard time in my life and was in a vulnerable state.

My new Dr requested records and was ignored. My Dr left the practice. I need records for surgery very soon, I requested one day and they said they would send it. No records were sent. I requested it again a couple of days later and they said they would send it . No records were sent. I came in and filled out a form , paid them $30 and they may get around to it. Meanwhile my surgery may get canceled. They do not care in the least. I spent 3 years with 10 minute $500 appointments and they cannot respond to a doctors request got medical records.

I have had Dr. Goodman and Beverly Harris N.P. as my primary care providers for about 5 years, but will be establishing care somewhere else moving forward. I don't typically go to the doctors, ever, but if something unexpected happens I never want to go there again. I had an unplanned pregnancy that I had lost within a week of finding out. I felt so ashamed and alone after how I was treated at my visit when I found out I was pregnant. Luckily, I referred myself to an excellent O.B. to continue my care in regards to this situation, who offered to help us try again, and made me feel human. Previously, I had moderate joint pain, stiffness, and other issues that I had sought Dr. Goodman for, as he had a great medical background, and decent reviews. Pain is now very taboo due to the opioid crisis, even 5 or so years ago, and he couldn't be less compassionate. I was not drug seeking, but answer seeking, treatment seeking, and unless your problem is profitable, cut and dry, I would never recommend this place. I thought maybe since I'd given up on my joint and back issues I could return without being treated like a degenerate, but I was very wrong. I had no idea I was pregnant, but that doesn't mean I should be judged. Miscarrying was related to my other issues, not that they cared to find out, or even think to connect the two, or about my care at all. I am a healthcare professional and I have experienced all types of patients. I have never been so heartless like how I was treated there. Obviously, I have never forgotten this. I feel more sorry for them, that they must be so burnt out, that my paying outrageous premiums and deductibles to pay for their terrible care is an annoyance to them. Good luck!

The staff is always friendly to me. I like that you can get x-rays and blood work done right at the facility. Never had a problem with the employees.
