I absolutely adore the DMS BODY WORKS! I’ve been a student in their Pilates class for almost two years now, and I’ll never get used to all the incredible things this place offers. The space is clean, calming, and beautifully designed — the perfect environment to unwind and focus on yourself. Dean (the owner!) is so knowledgeable and attentive during the massages and Thais (my the Pilates Instructor) is always making sure you’re doing the movements correctly and safely. I love have a great combo of massage+pilates day in my days off! Definitely makes totally different for me. I’ve noticed a big difference in my posture, strength, and overall energy since starting classes here. It’s easily become one of my favorite parts of the week! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and professional Massage and Pilates experience!!

I’ve been seeing Dean for about 10 months now, and the improvements in my back pain and muscle tension have been incredible. He’s extremely knowledgeable and attentive, always knowing exactly where the knots are and how to work through them with just the right pressure. His treatments have made a huge difference in my day-to-day comfort and mobility. On top of that, I love the overall experience at the clinic—I also do Pilates there regularly, which complements the therapy really well, and the facial treatments are amazing.
