I’ve been going to Bare for a little over three years now and I have to say I’m still amazed. The service I receive every session is amazing. The staff of registered nurses are always profession and make the process seem so easy and painless. Marylou the owner is a fine business woman who always puts the need of her clients first. I will forever recommend this place of business for laser hair removal due to the treatment of the staff, the cleanliness of the space and the quality of the work. If you haven’t already you should definitely book with Bare!!!

I have been ignored for weeks. I am almost done with my sessions and it looks like absolutely nothing at all was done. The nurse actually doing the service is extremely nice and I have always liked her. The lack of communication from the owner is astonishing. I do not recommend giving them any business at all. Their prices are all made up on the spot and they over charge you. I would rather pay more to actually get the service paying for. They also make you pay all upfront so if they stop responding to you, you are out your money. Don’t waste your time.

This place was very professional and everyone made me feel very comfortable during my sessions. The nurses did a great job. However, for the past 2 months, my appointments keep getting cancelled due to mold in the building. I received one email about this and then a text in the morning of my cancelled appointments. My calls don't go through, and my emails and texts are not being answered. I'm very frusturated with the lack of communication especially with the amount of money treatments cost. And other businesses are open now in the building, so I do not see why customers/patients are not getting answers from Bare. Would recommend if it wasn't for this lasting, frusturating issue.

I recently just went to bare laser for my first session for Brazilian laser. I was so nervous but so excited to not have to shave again. The moment I walked in to the time I left. I had such an amazing experience. Everyone was so nice and the place was so clean. Andrea was my laser tech she was so professional and informative. Edit: They cancelled again and have not returned a single message I have sent. Reaching out to finance company for refund since they will not offer it. Next route will be small claims. Also in the email she said they are moving so be aware of a another name of company but MaryLou is the person who handles the office or is the owner. Edit: They reached out to me and I was able to have my 3rd apt. The nurse who does the procedure is great and it seems more like an admin/owner problem. I raised my review to 3 and will raise again if my apts continue to run smooth... I am having the same problem as the person said about not being able to reach them to continue my sessions. I had two sessions that were great but they have not been in contact with me and like the other reviewer said, the building is open. It has been 1.5 months since I have heard from them.

She is kind, knowledgeable, professional and fun. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your treatment. I have also seen Andrea who is fantastic as well. You can’t go wrong with whoever is treating you which is a lot more than I can say for most places- especially knowing that they are medically trained nurses. I had a wonderful experience With my nurse Andrea.I absolutely hate these things and I am very particular. Andrea was absolutely amazing. This business may have been good in the past but something happened April/May. Clients were told there was mold, power issues, landlord issues. There website, phones have all been done. I am not sure if the owner is in the state of MA or the US. She takes weeks to get reply to emails (the only form of communication). They also requested everyone pay up front for services (red flag) so now clients are out of thousands of dollars. They have reschedule then cancel last minute. I have now been waiting months with multiple cancellations the day of. I don’t normally write reviews but I would not want anyone to go through this. I wish there were some realistic reviews when I made this investment.

I hate to leave this review because this place really use to be so friendly and great. I prepaid for services but was trying to get pregnant, got pregnant and wasn’t able to finish up my treatments. I recently was able to start treatments again and they have canceled on me twice, same day, same copied text message. They aren’t answering emails or texts. The direct line doesn’t work. Looks like I won’t be able to finish my treatment, there goes my money :/. It’s really too bad, if communication was better and more transparent you wouldn’t have all these upset customers. Don’t risk it, go somewhere else.
