I love this spa. My favorite service is microneedling. I do it yearly and my skin feels tighter and blemish free. Sandra is so knowledgeable. I even had a skin tag removed. Highly recommend!

I was looking into purchasing one of their spa packages for my birthday and decided on a facial just to see if I liked this place. I’m glad I didn’t commit to an entire package as the 75 minute deep pore cleansing facial I booked left me wanting more. I spent an unusual amount of time in the treatment room by myself. At times I was waiting for the esthetician to retrieve supplies. Other times I was laying with a mask for so long I wondered if I could have just done this at home myself. The room itself was not very relaxing, as it was bright even with my eyes covered and the business is located is on a loud busy street. While the room I was in was located on the second floor of the building, you can still hear the conversations by the reception desk. My facial ended 10 minutes earlier than I expected and I left feeling like I definitely didn’t get my money’s worth.

This is long, but worth the read. I regret ever setting foot in this salon. I was pushed into buying a treatment package that the owner swore would work wonders, but after five or six sessions, there were no results—nothing improved at all. I wasted my time and money here, and it became clear the owner’s main focus was squeezing more cash out of me rather than delivering any real results. Once I’d prepaid for the package and wasn’t shelling out more each visit, the owner constantly pressured me to purchase additional services. On one occasion, she actually manipulated me into paying $190 for brow and extraction services I never asked for. I left feeling duped and completely taken advantage of. The worst part was the owner’s attitude. When I declined another unnecessary treatment, she asked condescendingly, ‘What, is it because you don’t have money?’ I was stunned and disgusted. Her dismissive and insulting comments made every visit dreadful. I’ve had treatments at other spas and never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. When I mentioned other places I’d visited, she openly mocked them, claiming they didn’t know what they were doing, yet every time I left her salon, my face was inflamed—something that never happened elsewhere. This place is a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere if you want quality service and respect.

The salon is awesome and decorated beautifully, it is very clean, and the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve been a client for over 20 years! That in and of itself speaks volumes. Adelina gives a great haircut and Sandra and Savi are the best with mani/pedi’s. Allure Spa is a welcome change from the typical local salon in that it has a wonderful area to relax ahead of a scheduled appointment. The resting space has a fireplace that’s lovely on a cold winter day and beautiful stained glass windows look out across to a beautiful stone church. I couldn’t imagine any nicer place in Quincy to treat yourself to a little pampering and peace!!!!
