I have a severe skin issue i had for years was so excited that I was able to see professional people i was referred by BW urgent care However Dr discouraged me by stating I live really far,si first he said it looks like scabies then it was i should take a bleach bath my skin was broken in several places so that would of burnt ,so he did a biopsy and blood work called me back in 3 days to tell me he thinks it a reaction to meds and to see my primary care,it's clearly a skin disease he knows it he just prefers not to treat me i assume it's because I have mass health insurance it's a shame BW,a great organization has people like this 2 yrs ago Bw saved my life when I when in to cardiac arrest ,my cardiologist is part of Bw and has no issues with insurance

Dr LaRaia is by far the best of the several dermatologists I have experienced in years. She is thorough and professional and clearly the most competent of those I have seen. She is clear and conscientious and explains what she sees, what to look for and what if anything needs followup. She is gentle and pleasant. Her staff is excellent from her medical assistants to her office staff. Top notch all around.

I would not use this office. This is the second time in a row I waited and ultimately wound up not being seen due to running out of time. The first visit was last year where I waited OVER an hour in the car, left, drove home, and received a call 40 minutes later saying they were ready for me. This time I waited 40 minutes and had to complain in the hallway before the Doctor even came in. Doctor was not very concerned or apologetic and suggested I make visits at times that work better for him to guarantee I would be seen on time. Offered to waive copay and I let him know that no services were rendered and if I was billed I would file a complaint of medical billing fraud. The only other solution he offered was to make a visit with a different doctor in the practice. (Which of course would be in another 3 weeks.) When I called the office to complain I was just told this doctor tends to run behind. 10 - 15 minutes is "running behind", 40 minutes to an hour is unprofessional. How can I trust my medical care to someone who can't be bothered to be reasonably on time for multiple visits? Definitely advise folks who value their time and medical care to not use this office.

Dr Weinfeld is so knowledgeable and always takes time to listen and answer all my questions. She's a top-notch dermatologist. The check-in process is smooth and though I do often have to wait a bit for the doctor to come in the room, I go mentally prepared and never have something right after that I need to rush off to. I know it's because she's not rushing the appointment before me and I'll get the same attention when my turn comes, so would rather that than feel like I'm rushed.

Anne V. LaRaia look at my skin issue and prescribed cream and it was much better after 2 weeks. She is amazing really takes care of you. Office staff is also outstanding. I have told my family members about her and this office. Definitely recommend anyone that has skin issues to go to this office.

They are warm and welcoming and Dr. LaRaia is very thorough and explains everything especially as she is going along. Highly recommend this practice!! So glad I stayed!!

I have been seeing Dr. Wolopwitz for 4 years. He is friendly and caring, efficient, but does not rush. Takes the time to answer my questions thoroughly. The medical assistants are knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. Office staff courteous and friendly.
