From start to finish, Dijana made my process of deciding what services I want to get and arranging payments simple and quick. The initial consultation I had was thorough and left me feeling like I knew what would happen every step of the way. The facility I go to in Gaithersburg is very clean and all of the staff, including the front desk and providers, are so nice and welcoming. They answer any questions I have and work with my schedule to get me in during times that work for me. The providers are all very knowledgeable and do a great job. Overall, the pain level is tolerable, especially if you’re used to waxing. The providers make sure you are comfortable at all times, and offer breaks as needed. The cooling technology helps tremendously in easing the pain. I highly recommend this location!

Today was my 1st session with Milan Laser hair Removal and it was a great experience. Very different for me because i always shaved. But after seeing my bestfriend results , i was convinced to give it a try. Stephanie , Mariah , and Hailey were simply wonderful. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Their professionalism helped me to relax and trust that I was in good hands. And for every question I asked , they had a good answer. All the more reason to feel even more comfortable. I also asked if they used any of the services and of course they do ... Steph showed me her before and after and Hailey showed me her amazing results as well.
