Dr. Mert Dinc is a great OB-GYN who provides exceptional care. From the moment you walk into his office, he creates a welcoming and comfortable environment. He is thorough, attentive, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which helps ease any concerns. His professionalism is matched by his compassion, and it’s evident that he genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. I love this office! Dr. Dinc is truly the best!!! And the staff are absolutely amazing!!! They get you in and out quickly, sometimes even same day or next day appointments. They do everything here right on site- blood work, ultrasound, GLP-1 weight-loss medicine, lasers for skin resurfacing and more!

If you value your peace and your financial stability do not go to this establishment. The doctor has no compassion for women and will cancel your surgery because you offend his pride by telling him NO! I had a life threatening issue that he did not want to proceed with my surgery he was reported to the medical board. Please advise and please reconsider.

This was by far one of the worst experiences visiting a doctors office and honestly, I am so angry that it has left me shaking. Those who know me would say that I am a pleasant, upbeat individual and I can put up with a lot. My first impression at a doctors office is very important to me - do I feel safe, comfortable and respected? The moment I walked in, the atmosphere was more like a hair salon instead of a doctors office (music was blaring). The front desk receptionist is so incredibly rude and despite having submitted my information online, I had to provide it on the phone the day before I arrived and also had to complete all the paperwork with information that I had already completed online. Despite this, I kept an open mind. As I went into the exam room, the blinds of the room could not close properly leaving a gap on each side, and I could see a man walking around outside. When the doctor came in, I was so uncomfortable and explained all of this to him. They tried to close the blinds, but were unsuccessful. It horrifies me to know that they are doing exams without securing the privacy of their patients. I decided against the appointment, got dressed and walked out.

I personally had a great experience here, I liked the staff, the doctor, and felt the office was nice. I traveled from out of state to this clinic (it was one of the only clinics in the US that offered the service I was looking for) and I wish they were closer so that I could utilize more of their services. I never felt that the staff or the doctor were unprofessional, rude, or inappropriate, there was a chaperone in the room which I appreciated. I appreciated that Dr. Dinc was realistic with me about my expectations and results, I believe that is how a doctor should conduct themselves. I did a lot of research before I went forward with this path (2+ years of research), so I had an idea of what I could expect. So far I am very happy with my results, I was looking for a non-surgical solution to my issue and I believe I found it. Dr. Dinc in my opinion is forward-thinking and looks for solutions to problems women face that are more affordable than surgery and don't have significant downtime. I plan on returning a few times a year to see him for touch ups.

Staff were very unprofessional. The staff who stayed in the room made me so uncomfortable. The doctor’s reaction to one of my questions was an unpleasant smirk followed by a laughter. Once my laser package is done, i will never ever go back to this unprofessional practice. They don’t respect patients privacy and the doctor’s consultations are condescending. In my six past visits. the staff stayed at the door. This time I asked the “chaperone” not to get too close and she said,I LIKE TO SEE!!! as it’s a show… The Doctor’s mocking laughter was right after my question since it probably appeared to him as a rudimentary medical question. Also this practice doesn’t take criticisms and instead of improving their patients experience they decided to refuse providing services to me without asking.

Fantastic doctor and staff, they were able to provide a next day appointment for a surgical consultation and were able to do the procedure a week later. The procedure was done with skillful hands and I got pathology results in under a week. The team has been incredible to work with and I’ll be returning for all my gynecology needs!
