I have now been here for four sessions and feel I can leave a balanced review. I am doing full body and have never done laser hair removal and the experience has been stellar. The Laurel Milan Laser location is always pristine clean, every single staff member from front desk to the nurses who perform the treatment are so warm and friendly yet always professional. Care is made to use the right lasers for my skin tone and location, I’m asked about cooling level, how I recovered from the last session, offered tips on how to keep my skin looking great. I’m always offered water, extra wraps to stay covered and warm, aloe for aftercare. This has been an excellent experience and I wonder why I put off doing this for myself for so long!

I have been coming to milan laurel since Jan 2025. I signed up for my birthday. From the moment I walked in my first time till now I have a fantastic experience each time. Staff: Always friendly and make me feel comfortable. The front desk as well as the nurse practitioners that do the procedures. They are professional, open and clear with instructions and keep good records of your individual service you receive. I often feel like I've come to see my friends. Love the staff. Procedures: Laser is the only service they provide so they are really good at what they do. Its also unlimited sessions! And, it works! Even on my melaninated skin. I've seen such a huge difference within 4 months. I love it. I feel confident and satisfied. They always ask appropriate questions and ensure I have all the info I need. The nurse practitioners are qualified and make you feel comfortable. They are so kind and friendly. Location: This location is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. It's always clean and hygienic. They have a mini fridge of water and complimentary shaving in case you forgot to shave prior to your appointment. They have available appointments that fit my schedule.

This place is the worse! The provider turnover rate is alarming. As soon as you get comfortable with a provider, they leave. It’s not just this location, it’s all of them!! They train new nurse practitioners and as soon as they get the training, they tend to leave shortly after. All providers are different when treating and it really does make a difference. Let’s just say that you can tell who is seasoned and who just started a month ago. I loved my provider here and made it clear that I only wanted to see her. She was gentle, patient and had techniques that made it less painful. I knew that she would be leaving and going to a different location at some point. I said that I would follow her wherever she went but when I made the appointment, they assured me that she would still be at this location. I get here today only to find out that she had left. No communication whatsoever. No call to reschedule at the new location, not even a call to see if I wanted to keep this appointment with a different provider. The so called manager(Madison) at this location, who states that she has worked here for 2 years had no idea who I was and stated that she had no idea who actually works her front desk. I have also never seen her. No accountability whatsoever! Not even a blameless apology, just attitude!!!

Even if this is the only laser clinic I have ever been to, I would recommend coming here, especially if you have thicker hair and or you are dark skinned. During my consultation I was informed how other laser clinics may literally take your money from you while fully knowing the laser won't work for someone of your complexion.
