Reiki with Courtney at IAM – 10/10 Experience Not going to lie, I was a bit skeptical about Reiki at first… probably like a lot of people are. From the moment I arrived, Courtney made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She took time to talk with me beforehand, set an intention for the session, and explain what to expect, which instantly helped me relax. The room itself was calming and cozy, and the lavender eye mask was incredibly soothing and therapeutic. As the session began, I fell into a deep state of relaxation. My mind drifted back into my childhood, almost like I was floating through a bubble of core memories, some heavy, some light and nostalgic. I felt my eyes well up with tears, releasing emotions I didn’t even realize I was holding onto. After the session, I felt noticeably lighter, more grounded, and at peace. Courtney shared that someone came through during the session, which felt incredibly meaningful—possibly my birth mom, who recently passed. I would 10/10 recommend Courtney to anyone looking to calm their mind, release emotional heaviness, and feel more spiritually grounded, especially with all the chaos of everyday life. 💫🧘‍♀️

Wow…just wow! From the moment of walking through the door, I felt at ease and immediately relaxed. Open, airy, full of light, sparkling clean and soft music…so nice. I came from a video from social media where Kylie was being harassed by someone who obviously is stuck in a mental health crisis. She did a wonderful job. I can’t imagine how uncomfortable and scary that must have been, but she handled it with a lot more grace than most would have! That sweet girl deserves a raise and a vacation for sure!
