Dr. Jenna was absolutely wonderful. I had been putting off a full-body skin scan for years out of fear—especially about the possibility of skin cancer. But from the moment I walked in, Dr. Jenna made me feel at ease. She walked me through the entire process, explained each mole and bump in clear, reassuring terms, and asked for my permission every step of the way. I even agreed to a biopsy, and I'm so glad I did. Her assistant was just as kind and professional, and the front desk staff made the whole experience warm and welcoming. I've already recommended this practice to others. I may have more follow-up needs in the fall, but one thing’s for sure—I won’t be putting off my scans anymore.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Meryl G.from Washington Dermatologist Center in Rockville. My first peeling treatment didn’t make any difference. Few months later, by her recommendation, I got the second one. It gave me a big rash. My face got red, hard, hot , and constant itchiness as well my neck, part of my chest and my arms.. I couldn’t sleep the whole night. The next day, desperately I called the office, nobody was available to help me. I had to go to another dermatologist to find a solution for the rash. I got the treatment for dermatitis and initial of infection. I had to spend extra money buying the medicines to heal my skin. I am not coming back to that practice, it is a waste of money.

My appointment was with Dr Prussick yesterday. I want to give a shout out to the office staff, all very friendly and helpful. Dr Prussick also listened to my concerns and addressed them quickly. I’m very disappointed that the practice is part of networks of medical practices purchased by private equity firms. These firms have a reputation for putting profits above patients, cutting corners while increasing patient costs. They know nothing about dermatology and patient care and could care less.

Front desk is always the first point of interaction. With my interaction with the front desk staff, I could feel that I reached the right facility. All from the front desk staff to the nursing staff and the doctor (Dr. Ronald Prussick) were ethically professional. I have long been a patient of Dr. Prussick. I have faith in him......however, I hate hi move to a bigger group. There is no way to contact his office. For appointments I was given 10 week waiting period, which I had to change at the last minute, and was basically told to get at the end of the line. I prefer working with his office staff and not a central distribution office.
