Absolutely LOVE Libby! The whole team is amazing, I've done 4 treatments now and have seen great results. My second treatment the growth had slowed significantly and shaving went from every other day to once a week. My third treatment I was having genuine hair loss in some areas and lightening in others (my first time being a natural blonde! 😂). I also only needed to shave once between treatments (not including the shave recommended before treatments). From my referral to now, each experience has been wonderful, understanding and judgement-free. They take time to get to know you. The team are like cheerleaders through your whole appointment! I have been waiting for a dedicated laser hair removal place in Bangor for years and this one is awesome! The staff are friendly and welcoming - they know their stuff about the equipment and processes - and they didn’t judge or look sideways at me at any point. I felt at home from the moment I walked in - nervous and freaked out - and can’t imagine a better experience elsewhere! Does the process hurt? Sure, more or less depending on location, but I felt safe and secure the entire time and it was over insanely fast! After the FIRST treatment I am already seeing about 30-40% of the hair not growing back! Yay! I cannot recommend Milan in Bangor enough if you are thinking about finally pulling the trigger on that self care you have been putting off. You deserve it and you deserve to be treated as well as I have been at Milan ❤️
