PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LADY! Several weeks ago I contacted Regina Jaye to inquire about her electrolysis service. During that conversation I expressed to her that I have had electrolysis in the past and wanted to try someone else. She asked how did I hear about her and if I had a bad experience with my previous electrolysis. I advised her that I have never had a problem and only the drive was too far. I further advised that she is in the area where I live and I located her online. The conversation I experienced with Regina Jaye was pleasant she explained how she charge for every 15 minutes, etc. Regina Jaye never mentioned that she needed a consultation first. I told her I would call back to schedule. I called back with a date then on the morning of that scheduled date I had to cancel because my 85 year old mother was rushed to the emergency. Regina Jaye was very empathatic and I was looking forward to rescheduling at a later time. A few days ago I contacted Regina Jaye and someone from her office returned my phone call quickly as usual. I made a series of hour appointments with the assistant because I am planning to leave out of the country soon. Today I contacted her office with no answer as usual so I left a voice mail message to inquire about the hour fee because I planned to pay for my scheduled series all at once. Immediately Regina Jaye called me back. I asked her what would the fee be for an hour when she said she had to do a consultation first because she was not sure how many hairs I had, etc. I then started to explain how I am going out of the country so I didn't have time for a consultation so I will just have to go back to my same electrolysis. Once I said that Regina Jaye became very offended and as I was trying to tell her that I will consult with her once i return she cut me off in mid sentence then said, "HAVE A GOOD LIFE!" then hung up in my face. I am glad she revealed her ugly head because i do not want this type of spirit performing anything on my body. To each they own if you choose to support her be ready to not be able to speak freely about what you want for yourself because she may go off on you. It's not worth it. Don't patronize this behavior from anyone! One star for returning my calls quickly. Your character gets nothing and means everything to me when I am spending my money.

I have been visiting Regina Jaye for several years. She is so professional, well trained, and caring. My excess hair issues are well under control, but I still visit her this get the remaining ones taken care of. She is awesome!! I would never trust my facial hair to anyone else!!

I see Anwar and Regina for electrolysis and laser hair removal. What i love about them is their experience and patience. When I started I had a consultation with Regina where she answered all of my questions and concerns. I am black and have issues with hyperpigmentation in the past. I was relieved to learn they have experience with people of color and working with hyperpigmentation issues. I typically see Anwar for electrolysis on my face and Regina for laser on the body. i have not had any flare up with my hyperpigmentation. Both are very detailed in hair removal and I have noticed a lot of progress. Anwar and Regina are both sweet and professional. The place is always clean and peaceful atmosphere and they both wear all white. Fair prices and less expensive than the place I went to previously.

My favorite clinic! I have been going to this clinic for years. I get both electrolysis and Laser done here. I also get my facials done here by there Esthetician she's wonderful as well! The machines are wonderful and up to date. They are Painless which I absolutely love! and I Do electrolysis for my touch ups as well. This clinic is very professional VERY clean and always on time. I Definitely would recommend this clinic overall.

I contacted the Electrolysis Clinic of Birmingham after a referral from my dermatologist. Regina Jaye was very reassuring and addressed my fears . She explained the treatments needed and the timeframe involved to correct the issues I had with my unibrow ,my ingrown hairs and the pesky hairs growing out of the top of my nose. The results were amazing and I return every now and then for touch ups . Thanks Regina

I started seeing an Arab electrologist for hair removal through electrolysis in 2018, and continued until the first few months of 2020. I would see the electrologist once every week for an hour to remove gray hair on my face, however the treatments were botched due to improper use of equipment and cranked up treatment energy just because I could physically tolerate the sensation. I was left with visible scarring, pitting, and hyperpigmentation everywhere on my face especially my upper lip that looks like a mustache. It makes me regret ever having started electrolysis at this location. I spent thousands of dollars over the course of 2 years, and yet got nothing but scars in return. In fact, near the end of 2 years, the electrologist was blindly cooking my skin by inserting probe randomly, and not to mention the vintage equipment that was being used. They are extremely unprofessional, offer poor quality service, and never on time. I am definitely looking into holding them accountable for ruining my face.
