Not a long wait to get in to see Dr. Granados...usually one of the wonderful physicians assistants calls you back in for your weigh in and vitals in like 5-6 minutes or less. Dr. Granados is truly a beyond great listener for all your concerns or ailments, and he'll fix you right up. Good man indeed!!

Dr. Granados was a great Dr. In the past when I used to be a patient. But upon moving back to Michigan I called and asked if they still took blue cross blue shield and still taking new patients. They said yes so I made an appointment and did the confirmation on line and put in insurance info. After waiting a month I get there and they tell me they don't take my insurance. I needed seen for blood pressure issues and that didn't help it. It still wouldn't have bothered me to much except the lady was insisting we didn't have the conversation. Still good Dr though.

I would not refer this office. He left the country for two weeks and the staff that was there told me they were only there to take calls. I needed a referral to see a derm about my skin. I have never heard such a thing. I switched my doctor. This doctor also wants all of your business if you was to see a specialist he is going to try to talk you out of it. He told me he does everything. Now what doctor does everything?! I do not usually leave reviews on companies!!! It makes sense that when I go there is never other patients. He also needs to update his office as well as himself. The doctors office give OLD CLINIC!!!

I feel this office does not have any care or concern for my health and well being. My first visit I presented with numb/tingly limbs, a headache I had for weeks and vision problems. He told me to get a blood test and come back on a month because he was going on vacation. I ended up going to the emergency room before I made it to see him again. My symptoms and requests for testing have been ignored and refused. I was told a referral would be put in for me and I’ve so far made 3 requests and I’m always told “we’re working on it, we’ll have it done sometime today” and nothing is done. I feel like I’m getting the run around and not receiving proper information or health care. The doctor refused to order imaging that I need to be seen in another clinic and I don’t understand why it’s so hard when he’s not the one who has to pay for or administer the test. He basically told me the office doesn’t want to do a prior authorization because “they ask so many questions and make you jump through hoops” when my diagnosis is an automatic approval. What’s so hard about taking 10-20 mins out of your day to make sure your patient has the proper care? I’ve worked as an admin for 2 surgeons and this is NOT how patients should be treated. Unfortunately I’m stuck with him until I find a new PCP.

Ssshhhiiidddd All of you talking smack about Dr. Granados and his wife are out of your mind... If u don't like a family going on a vacation they had planned way before you came along and expect his life decisions to benefit you your crazy!!!🤣 Mr and Mrs Granados is the most loving caring friendliest doctor/assistant I have ever met nor known he is an stable office not a laboratory with screenings and MRIs and cat scans. So if you got a problem with yourself, he recommends going to the emergency room or going somewhere that can further assist you if it's an emergency like that he says on his voicemail. If it's an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room .. (because) you're not satisfied with what you're going through is not his fault. But he is an amazing doctor and he cares about you, your family and everybody's well-being. He responds immediately to everyone that is in his practice. Worse doctor i have seen in my life!!! he try to handle all himself even it is pretty obvious that some sickness need to been handle by specialists......and when he finally decide to bring you a referral he just do it for an small period of time!!! just to push you to visit him again for a new referral even when basically he do not do anything apart of say hello and bring you another referral for another small period of time!!! Of course after charge you copay and charge a full visit to your insurance…….when i asked him why you do not give me a global referral or a larger time he answered me "because that is more expensive for insurance companies"......it is unbelievable that he is more worry about insurance companies that patience’s health .....my wife went to ER for a kidney stone and has a laser surgery…..we went for a referral in order to see again her kidney specialist and he just bring a referral for one month even it is pretty obvious she will need to visit kidney specialist several times in the next year or more……and for me he never want to bring me a cardiologist referral for my blood pressure arguing that I suffer from anxiety and depression even I visit ER couple times…..and when he finally bring me my referral he just let me know that would be last visit and get a new physical because my wife complained on google about his service……now my new physical told me actually I can sue him……..he immediately gave me a one year cardiologist global referral and I am in good hands……I just lost 3 years with him……avoid him at all cost!!! all good post here are probably people who just visit him for a cold or some easy thing.....if you have something more complicated than that this is not your doctor

It’s very unfortunate that I will not be seeing Dr Miquel do to the absolute disrespectful and quite frankly disgusting communication with his assistant. If the beginning is indicative of what’s to follow, no thank you. I refuse to spend my money anywhere I’m disrespected. Reminder folks Karma is all too real has no respect of time and is unpredictable. We should carry ourselves accordingly. (Side note In a world full of negativity I try to refrain from negative reviews - I’ve left only one not so positive response anywhere -ever)

Alrighty - so I debated leaving this review because my issue wasn't actually with Dr. Granados, he was a pretty nice guy and he seemed competent, but rather with someone employed in his office. I had an appointment a couple months ago, just an annual physical because I was due, and I needed to find a new physician (having moved recently). I did my due-diligence and Googled around to find a place with good ratings, and that was nearby, which is how I ended up with an appointment at Canton Family Medicine. Everything was going pretty normally - I signed in and then I was taken back right around the time my appointment was scheduled. The nurse took my temperature and blood pressure and then left the room, saying the doctor would be in momentarily. Cool, right? Pretty normal? So I'm sitting there, scrolling on my phone, and there's a knock. A woman comes in, who I had noticed behind the desk when I got there, and asks if I have a minute for a survey. Sure, I figured it was maybe a patient satisfaction thing since it was my first time there. Nuh-uh. Her first question is whether or not I would be willing to sign a petition supporting a bill to ban late term abortions in Michigan. I was flabbergasted. My personal political views aside, I can not think of a less appropriate place to solicit political support than in a doctor’s office while a patient is SITTING ON THE TABLE WAITING TO BE SEEN. I , rather tersely, said no, and I’m not interested in hearing anything else on the matter, at which point the woman proceeded to BERATE ME about the sinful nature of killing unborn babies. I had enough and said she needed to leave the room and, after trying again to get me to sign, she finally did. The doctor came in a few minutes later and I was so off-kilter I didn’t even mention it, although I’m sure I seemed angry. He gave me an order to get some blood-work done so I could come back and discuss results, which I didn’t do because frankly I will take my chances until I can go for another physical somewhere else before I go back here.
