I love Aesthetics! I was looking for a new med spa closer to my neighborhood and tried a couple around town. Aesthetics Lounge was by far my favorite - the hydrofacial by Cecil has gotten my skin the best I’ve seen it. I’ve been going here since March 2025

I ran across the Aesthetic Lounge becuase of a business relationship, not because I was looking for a facial, however Kim the owner gave me a guided tour and the place was immaculate, beautifully appointed and the facilities were the best I have seen. I did experience a facial once and heres' where i will do it again. Worth checking out.

I love Liz! She has done my lips & Botox a few times & I'm so happy with my results every time. She's very educated in what she does & is always so honest with what needs to be done.

This is such a beautiful spa and the staff is so knowledgeable & sweet! The owner is amazing as well! So helpful & quick to respond when needed. The facial I got was the best I have ever had & Cecil was my Aesthetician. Definitely going back!

The Aesthetics Lounge & Spa in Clinton Township Medical Spa proved to be very helpful, extremely professional, pristinely clean, and they employ extremely kind & knowledgeable staff. Their prices were more than fair for the industry standard in the area, and I also found their financing options to be quite helpful. I am more than happy with my Services and with the outcome of what Nurse Liz Breen did for me (*specifically for my lips💋)… & I will absolutely be returning!! I am now a patient for life. If you like a bit more context in a review read on… I’ve wanted lip filler for many years & always wanted to have very plump, full, sexy lips👄!! So about 3yrs ago I decided to go for it & I found a ‘good deal’ for lip filler at a medical spa in Dearborn. I went in & showed a picture of the lips I wanted. The doctor said it would be no problem, he can absolutely do that for me & we could do it right then & there. I was excited to hear this & even though I was a huge ball of nerves I said let’s go for it! But $400 & a pair of very sore, swollen lips later, they looked nothing at all like how I wanted!! They didn’t look bad but they just didn’t look all that much different to me. Honestly, it was barely noticeable once the swelling went down. Disappointed, I still really wanted those lips so 2yrs later (July 2024) I decided to give it another try –somewhere different. Can you guess the outcome? Yep! Again they didn’t look bad but they did not look much different! So I had spent nearly $800 & went through this procedure twice only to be extremely annoyed & disappointed BOTH times!! I was about to give up-if after 2 attempts ‘it must be me’, right?!? It must just be somehow MY fault! But now, more than ever I REALLY wanted those plump, sexy, full, beautiful lips!!👄 So this year for my birthday, I decided to give it 1 LAST TRY! And so this time, I actually did my research & that’s when I found The Aesthetics Lounge & Spa. It was very close by & I was able to book my consultation right online quick & easy & I got an appointment the very same week. At my consultation I showed Nurse Liz Breen the photos I had been saving for so many years- the same photo that I had shown the others - & I told her about my prior experiences. She said that she would do what she could, but that we had to work within the confines of my lips, but that she would get me as close to what I was looking for as she could, but we needed to take it slow, & it might take more than one session but she was confident we could achieve a fuller & more plump lip & that she would work with me to help me get a look that I was happy with (*which I realized sounded much more reasonable than being told “Yes, of course! Absolutely, whatever you want!”)…!! Well, the rest you pretty much know… Liz did for me what two other aestheticians at two different medical spas were both unable to do for me. AND she achieved so much of what I wanted in just the one visit! *I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE 🥰 what she was able to do for me with my lips!!! 🫦* They look absolutely amazing & this time you can absolutely tell a noticeable difference, & yet they still look completely natural!! When I think back on my two prior experiences versus my experience here with Liz, it is so obvious to me that Liz absolutely knows what she is doing!! –& it definitely shows in the final outcome too! I honestly don’t know that I could be happier and I will absolutely be returning in a couple of months (per Liz’s recommendation) to finish the work we started! & I cannot wait!!😍 I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. *& to top off my experience, I applied for financing through Cherry and I was approved for more than what I needed to cover the full cost to get my lip filler done that very same day. The application process was quick & easy & my approval was immediate & having that option to finance the total amount of my procedure that day was very helpful. So now I’m paying just $50 a month for the next few months & I FINALLY have these gorgeous lips to show for it this time!💋

The experience of getting a HydraFacial and Botox with CecilAnd Liz was great. The clinic was spotless, and the staff was friendly. The facial made the skin glow, and the Botox results are flawless and natural. Returning is a certainty

Love working with Liz. She's a perfectionist and it shows in my results. She takes her time, doesn't rush you, and prices are reasonable. I've referred many to her. She's a true professional!

First of all the hospitality, comfort and communication is top notch 💜 i did my lip filler with samikshya (sami). So happy with her work 🙌 this was my first time. I wanted natural with just lil plump and i got what i wanted :)
