My appointment was at 9am. Nobody was in office, I was the only patient and was not seen at all. I sat there for 2 hours waiting patiently. And I was never seen by a specialist. If you value your time, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

As always I was greeted right away by the friendly front desk staff. I was then brought back right away by the doctor’s assistant who was also friendly and very detailed as to gathering information the doctor would need. Dr Snell was quick to follow to see me. Dr Snell was so welcoming and personable it made me feel like I was talking with an old friend. She conducted the exam and addressed everything I was there for and more. She was very detailed as to going forward and my future appointments. She takes charge of my care and does not pass it on to her staff. Great doctor and great staff!!!!

She takes her time to evaluate and explain her diagnosis of what she sees as the problem and makes sure that you understand what needs to be addressed.
