I was 10 mins late. I waited 5 minutes as one clerk was helping another patient. Another clerk appeared and offered no greeting and had an attitude from the start. She gave me a tablet to fill out documents and flatly stated well your appointment was at 10 and this will take you 10 mins to complete. I quickly completed it in 5 mins. She then asked for a credit card to be on file and I said no I am not comfortable with them storing my credit card. She rudely mentioned collection and I said I pay as I go no collection needed. I also told her how rude she was being. That got the office manager involved which was no help. The doc came out and was no help and then refused to see me. RIDICULOUS! The childless cat lady behind the desk is ruining that business. GO ELSEWHERE! Update - I went to Rochester Dermatology, received pleasant professional service, my insurance card was all they needed, no credit card on file needed! Based on other reviews it looks like many have had similar issues with this doctor and his rude staff.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. The staff is welcoming and the office has a charm to it. Treatment rooms are always neat and tidy. Dr Caretti is very attentive to addressing concerns and she delivers high quality and effective results. I feel at ease knowing I’m in good hands as soon as I walk through the door.
