since I am not familiar with many of the treatments that are available, I consulted with nurse Amy whom I believe is the manager. She spent a great deal of time with me to answer my many questions. I was most interested in laser hair removal. She went over the procedure and its possibilities with different skin tones. I feel confident to proceed under the care of such a thoughtful, positive clinician. The facility is so clean and the staff so cheerful!

The cool sculpting procedure at Ideal Image is expensive and it did do not work for me. When I went there the staff was very nice, and explained everything. However, it has been more than 3 months and I don't see any results from the procedure alone. They recommended me to pay for another session, stating I need more sessions to see results. I didn't see any results with the first one so why would I pay thousands of dollars for another?! Disappointed. Also, when I purchased my 1st session the person on the phone tried to persuade me to purchase multiple sessions. When in office as well, was told to purchase more.

I had good first time experience for my laser hair removal with their assistant Kyra, she’s the best, however my second appointment today was a mess. The so called manager didn’t do proper treatment and when I mentioned that she has missed a lot of spots, she didn’t agree and instead kept on Insisting that she covered it all, which she didn’t. I wish to get her zero star as she knew she completed the entire upper lip in just 2 laser shots which clearly didn’t include entire upper lip and yet didn’t admit to the fault. That was a disaster. Being a manager and if so in this business for longer she clearly lacked hand skills and basic knowledge.
