Don’t get a nose job here. Avoid at all cost. He messed up my nose beyond repair. I am living with a mess on my face for the past 8 years. I can’t describe properly my rage even today when I tried to take a passport foto and it’s obvious. They don’t stand by their mistakes.

You have one opportunity to undergo a fantastic face lift. Choose your surgeon wisely. Dr. Gowda is the premier cosmetic surgeon in the State of Michigan and one of the best in the country. I’m a 58-year-old man who 6 months ago underwent; Deep Plane Facelift, Endoscopic Brow Lift, Deep Contouring of the Neck, Reduction of the Medial and Lateral Platysmaplasty, Fat Grafting of the Bilateral Brow, Nasal Labial Folds, Upper Lip, and CO2 Laser treatment under my eyes. My results are fantastic and continue improving every month. Successful Cosmetic Surgery is a blend of artistic and surgical technique. To that end, Dr. Gowda’s practice is not motivated by financial gain. He is driven by his passion to perform cosmetic surgical procedures to exceptional and exacting standards, so his patients experience outstanding outcomes. Dr. Gowda’s surgical philosophy is to make you a natural, younger looking, and refreshed version of yourself. The following examples of my experiences with Dr. Gowda exemplify his high standards of surgical practice; 1. Dr. Gowda limits himself to performing one facelift a day. He’s not going to cut corners or rush in order to begin another scheduled procedure. He is fully focused on you for that day. 2. My procedure lasted 12 hours. Dr. Gowda has the physical and mental stamina to successfully complete your procedure. 3. Dr. Gowda is a perfectionist. I had a small indentation on the bridge of my nose I assumed was from a sports related fracture. I had considered rhinoplasty to correct this flaw. In the OR, Dr. Gowda determined this was not a fracture. I had lost some fat which he corrected with grafting. During one my preoperative visits, Dr. Gowda recommended adding some fat to my upper lip. I recoiled thinking about over-plumped filler lips. He assured me he was only going to use 1 millimeter of fat to slightly lift my upper lip. This illustrates Dr. Gowda’s attention to detail. Driven by perfection, minutes before my surgery in the pre-op, Dr. Gowda was taking pictures of my face with his phone and expanding the photos scouring details. He then suggested making a couple passes with the CO2 laser under my eyes. These 3 minor procedures could have easily been overlooked by another surgeon. I can tell you each had a profound effect on the success of my surgery. I am extremely pleased with the results from my procedures. My family, friends, and treating physicians are overwhelmed at my extraordinary results. I often hear “it doesn’t even look like you’ve had a facelift, you look 20 years younger.” If you’re considering cosmetic surgery, you owe it to yourself to schedule an evaluation with Dr. Gowda.
