I came to this establishment with a vascular occlusion in my lower lip brought on by a new and inexperienced clinician from a different med spa. I called to book an appointment with Pure Beauty thinking I would be seen in a few days. Nope! Jackie, the receptionist, took my call and immediately put me on hold to speak to the owner and they took me in right away. Jackie was so warm and patient on the phone, she explained everything and put me at ease. Both stayed late to treat me and I am so very grateful for their caring nature. Carrie, the owner, wow! She is very informational and her expertise is far beyond any other place I’ve ever received treatment. She explained how these happen, what to watch for and even called me the following day to check in! Two days later I went back for a follow up and was treated at no additional cost. The place was beautiful and I ended up taking home a few beauty products that I have now fallen in love with. Highly recommend this place to those that want the crème de La crème of beauty care.

She’s a wealth of knowledge and always explains things in a way that actually makes sense. What I appreciate most is that nothing is ever pushed on me.
