I cannot say enough about this very welcoming Aesthetic Salon!! Walking through the door, I feel immediately welcomed into a professional, warm and inviting place and that is key (to me) for a well run business!! Kandace is "Amazing", incredible and so down to earth!! She explains things thoroughly to me so I can understand what will happen before, during and after my procedure(s)!! The staff is great!! I love it here and look forward to coming back!🥰☺️

Welcome to my second review ever. I need to share that if you're considering Chapter, spend your money elsewhere. I just ran a price comparison of other providers in a 20 min radius and this is no longer worth it. Give your money to a local business doing the same thing. What Jamie Anderson below said – they changed their pricing policy and upped the monthly cost without any notification to members. This was a bummer to learn & I was considering doing a price comparison to see if I wanted to switch, but to be honest I was "fine enough" with my experience & like the people, and had been coming here for a couple yrs now so I wasn't super motivated to switch. The tipping point is that this place is just too corporate and gurl it shows. I've cancelled my membership :/ Today I arrived 8 mins late (yes, it's my responsibility for being late) and was told that I was marked & charged as a no call/no show, and that my provider was "doing something else now" – I could either wait for her or reschedule. Totally understandable that my provider has moved on with her life and that I need to reschedule, but the charge was annoying to me. I asked if the policy was still 15 mins as it has been for 2 yrs, because this was a new charge for me. Flustered, the front desk girl struggled and finally answered "yes". Looking back now, I'm wondering why I was charged for a no call/no show when I was less than 10 mins late, and the policy only counts it at 15? Did the front desk girl get bored or something? I've never been a no call no show in my years of coming here. I didn't bring that up, but instead rescheduled after I waited 10 mins. My provider was apparently with someone else, which also makes me confused – How was she able to be booked on an entirely new session within that 8 minute window of me being late? My suspicion is that they are overbooking these providers and they are just seeing people as they come. I know that I've been sandwiched in sessions before without enough time for my provider. That leads me to my next point – These providers are bussyyyy and given only 15 mins for each session! Once I was given a Botox injection when I was supposed to receive Xeomin. It was followed by an "oops, I did that!" ... Which was fine and dandy because I don't have allergies and it's just whatever. BUT WHAT IF I WAS ALLERGIC? How does one just accidentally inject the wrong thing into someone's face?! I want to partially blame it on being overbooked and trying to get things done, and simple human error. Fortunately not a big deal for me and I didn't care at the time. All that being said – the gals I've worked with the most (Kandace and Olivia) have been very kind and easy to work with and I wish them all the best.

I got chin filler done by Emily and she was super nice and explained everything well to me, even when I was stressed she helped me calm down which was sweet. Also, Abby at the front desk was super nice too and very welcoming.

Kandace is so knowledgeable she knew just what I needed. Excellent service, very comfortable atmosphere and everyone is so kind. I've had Botox and The Chapter Trilogy which includes the CoolPeel laser resurfacing - Highly recommend!

Juliette was such an amazing host she started my visit with a warm welcome and was very knowledgeable . Then on to my procedure Candice was very confident and was very excited to help me with a treatment plan . Hopefully she can make me look like her :) I did sign up for the membership and look forward to other treatments options.

1 star based on pricing and high-pressure sales tactics; I strongly recommend you look ANYwhere else before committing to a membership here. I’m a 53-yo first-timer looking to get Botox (or equivalent) for eyes/forehead area. At the beginning of my consultation, I made it clear I had a hard-stop @ 30 minutes (late lunch break from work). “No problem”, I was told. No “per unit” options here; their tiered pricing model requires a Membership (monthly auto-debit) of $99/mo., which buys the equivalent in credits which can then be applied toward treatments. - Lowest tier treatment @ $350 includes “up to” 35 units of Xeomin (Botox brand is a $50 upcharge), and can only be applied to a single location…. for ex., forehead *OR* 11’s *OR* crows feet. - For a mix of those ^ 3 areas, you’d have to purchase the Tier 2 treatment @ $500 which includes “up to” 64 units of Xeomin (Botox brand is an add’l $150 w/this tier) and can only be applied to one “targeted area” - either Upper Face (forehead/11’s/crows feet) *OR* Lower Face (mouth/jaw area) - but again, not both. - For multiple “targeted areas” (both upper & lower face), you’d need to buy Tier 3, which was astronomical. Personally, *I* want to be in control of how my money (and units) are spent. As prior reviewers have stated, no one should want/need 64 units for only one “targeted area”. With the Tier 2 ($500) plan, I’d essentially be purchasing 64 units but my targeted area (forehead/11’s/crows feet) should only require 40-44 units under normal circumstances … yet, I’d be paying for 64, regardless. The rest would essentially go to waste (“use em or lose em” at time of treatment). My consultation included a tour of their glamorous office/treatment rooms, description of all the space-age-looking laser machines (for treatments I’d expressed no interest in) and a lively discussion of all the spa products they sell… it was clear this would be a high-pressure experience. Everyone I encountered, from the front desk staff to my consultant, said “Excuse my red face, I just got done with my [xyz] treatment” (no doubt part of their sales script). Sure enough, after 30 minutes and a fancy facial scan/discussion of all my “problem areas” (future spa-product pitches foreshadowed) - followed by me saying I desperately needed to run/get back to work and think about the tiers - my consultant EMPHATICALLY announced she’d be signing me up for the membership, would get me the injections before I left and schedule a follow-up/repeat treatment for 90 days out (“Don’t you have just a few more minutes?”). I said, “um, no, I REALLY need to go” (repeatedly looking at my watch to emphasize the time). This was followed by a high-pressure discussion about what time I could come back that evening; I said I‘d need to call once I got home (I work remotely) and dealt w/work stuff, that my husband & I had event tix that night and I might need to come back the following day… I wasn’t sure on timing yet. She said, “OK, then… so, I’ll get you signed up for the membership and have our front desk text you our availability this afternoon/evening, and then I’ll put you on the schedule 90 days from today.” UGH. 2 days later - thru my Dermatologist (Pinnacle in Blaine) - I just got my forehead, 11’s AND crows feet injected w/42 units of Jeuveau, for a grand total of $408. ZERO pressure/ZERO commitment/ZERO auto-debiting my bank acct. Lovely office and lots of good intel/insight from a certified PA-C with over 14 yrs experience w/injectables. I’m in control of “if/when” I come back. No pressure to set up a repeat appt; just told me to call when I’m ready (said the avg is 4 mos., but i can opt to wait longer). I literally couldn’t be happier! Chapter’s tiered injectable pricing might benefit some, but there should also be an a la carte (“per unit”) option for the rest of us, which doesn’t exist w/their new pricing model. Please explore your options thoroughly. A high-pressure environment is never a good sign.

I came in for lip filler (I’ve previously gotten filler, not from Chapter and am pretty educated on filler). My injector was super nice and amazing, however my lips are not equal and it’s honestly kinda embarrassing.. Before leaving Chapter, she had told me she wasn’t gonna use the remainder of my filler as she wanted it to settle. Unaware if this was saved as I paid for a full syringe but to me looked like it was discarded. I guess I’m just very dissatisfied with how the filler was proportioned after healing, this has never happened in the past. I reached out to customer service but have yet to hear back.

I highly recommend Chapter! The space is always clean, calm, and beautifully maintained — it feels like a mini retreat every time I visit. I’ve had multiple services done here, and Olivia always exceeds my expectations. My skin has never looked or felt better!

Kristen is the absolute best when it comes to Dermal Lip Filler. She goes above and beyond every time, she's a little bit of a perfectionist which I love because I am very OCD and need everything even! I drive 3 hours just to see her, and the whole team is always very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend them for all of your beauty needs.
