Karla was amazing at making me feel comfort, throughly explaining the treatment, very professional and taking it very slowly because I was nervous to have the BBL done. She even “dialed” it down the first time so I had a good experience. She totally worked with me and where I was at. (I don’t even have my eyebrows waxed, it hurts too much, I’m a big baby! Lol) I still had great results and just had my second treatment. Highly recommend Complexions!!

Karla was awesome!! First, the consultation was so personal and thorough. I didn’t realize how different this would be than a standard facial. This is clearly a treatment process for not only long-term impact, but also real skin repair. Second, I was warned about how the treatment itself could be really uncomfortable. I actually didn’t think it was bad overall. It felt a little “zippy” or tender around my lips and upper cheeks, but otherwise I was pretty comfortable. Karla makes it easy to get through and she was clear what would happen and when. Lastly, the results! Okay, the first 3-4 days I was doubting if this would be good. I looked like a peeling alligator or something. But wow!! After that part, my skin was not only baby soft, the redness in my cheeks was gone and I looked younger for sure. My husband was pretty shocked at the result. I’ll do it again for sure next time I’m in town. Great investment in my skins health😊
