I got a groupon as a gift for laser treatments and called to make an appointment, scheduled for Monday, yesterday. I arrived at the location at the time allotted and the doors were closed and locked, the place was closed. I called and left a message, thinking either I had the wrong day or I was booked at a different location, just wondering what happened. The next day I got a call back, told me my appt was for today (Tuesday) and the lady got really agitated and defensive, saying she would never book me for Monday because that's her day off and I must be mistaken. I was being very nice, wasn't accusing her of anything, wasn't mad, just wanted to know when my appt was. There was a mistake in scheduling, and whether that was my error or hers it didn't matter to me. Her hostile tone didn't make me very excited for my appointment, so I returned my Groupon and scheduled with another company. I hope she was just having a bad day and doesn't behave like that with everyone.
