I just wanted to write a review of how happy I am with the level of customer service and complete genuine caring that Andria has displayed ever since I stepped in her office. She has been so helpful in guiding me to my goals of beautiful skin - I received my first microneedling procedure today and I am happy to say that I will be coming back for round 2. She made sure that I was completely comfortable and made it as pain free as possible. Andria is knowledgeable and an expert at what she does! She answered all my questions and concerns. As a customer, I am very happy to have her work on my skin. She is empathetic and kind. This goes a long way and I really appreciate that. The procedure was explained very well through the 4 min process which was uncomfortably tolerable. 10 days post and I cannot rave about my results!!
