Our entire family has been seeing Angela since 2020. She does an amazing job with kids and adults. Dermatology is a specialty practice and depending on the cases seen before you, can alter your wait times. This is no different than other other specialty practice I’ve ever been to. Cancer is often unexpectedly diagnosed and treated in dermatology. I don’t think anyone would want to be rushed thru that.

I just realized that I had a small bump on my back and it looked similar to what Dr. Lamb has removed in the past. The problem was that I'm going out of town in three days and won't be back for six weeks. I called to schedule an appointment and was fortunate enough to speak with Debbie. She was fabulous! She checked the locations and was able to get me in the Savage office later that same day. Dr. Lamb removed the bump and I was in the office for less than one hour.

They were 20 minutes late getting me in for my appointment. The doctor was very professional and thorough in her exam. They do not complete the task I went in for. They called later and wanted me to come back a second time ( and pay for a second visit)to actually complete the task which could have been completed in the first visit . The entire experience felt like they were trying to be Spirit airlines and nickel /dime me! Edit 12/8/25. It keep getting worse. I now got a statement in the mail claiming I owe my copay for my visit. I paid the copay at the visit. I called and the the staff apologized and were unsure why it was sent when I had already paid it. Terrible service. They nickle and dime you PLUS they think your time is unimportant.

I was a new patient at this office today and had a great experience! Minimal wait time to get an appointment, easy online scheduling with a nice confirmation call back. Receptionist and staff were very nice and Angela Rohland, NP was very professional and thorough. Beautiful clinic. Highly recommended!

Dr Lam and the surgeon she recommended saved ny life. My malignant melanoma was removed and the margins were clear, I continue to see Dr, Lam semi-annually, She is always pleasant, conducts thorough exams and educates me on what to look for, I highly recommend this clinic.

After 2.5 years of various unsuccessful treatment interventions and thousands of dollars down the drain. I sought a second opinion and received a successful treatment option after the very first visit. In addition, office representative has ineffective communication. During the first phone call attempt in regards to an outstanding bill, the representative’s communication was inappropriately Aggressive and offensive that doesn’t represent the facility in a good light. My intentions were not to evade my outstanding bill, life is simply busy, I happily paid in full over the phone. however I would hope a business office representative would be mindful that some clients may not have the financial means due to any type of hardships that happen in life. A representative stating, “thank you for making your payment but I appreciate when people pay their bill on time”, her aggressive tone during the conversation, and demanding choice of words throughout was highly inappropriate. I encouraged her to take a communications class in her professional position.

Don’t waste your time seeing Angela Rohland, the nurse practitioner at Integra Dermatology. We took our 6 year old daughter to several appointments scheduled with Angela and saw NO improvement. We switched to Dr. Mimi Lam, who gave us the right diagnosis & treatment. My daughter could have been treated sooner if we DIDN’T schedule with Angela Rohland! Ms. Angela, please focus more on your education and less on overfilling your lips.
