The spa has leveled up in the new. She doubled down on making the customer experience relaxing and customized. I had one of the best experiences getting a facial. The young lady educated me about how important it is for skin care. the staff was friendly and patient. I arrived late for my appointment and they were able to still service me. Great customer service. I just loved the Owner Ebony, personality.

I went there on a Thursday to have something done. I wasn't feeling that well when I went there. That Friday I had to go back to the Doctor's office and was given antibiotics which I can verify. I was supposed to go back to her to complete the work that following Tuesday. I was able to go because I was still sick with a sinus infection and bronchitis. I was still spitting up green mucus and coughing a lot. I informed her the owner of this and I called her to set up an appointment for a different day, and she was rejecting my calls and wouldn't answer my texts. I had already paid her. Very unprofessional. Almost like a scam. I'm going to take her to small claims court and will have my Doctor's note there from when I went to the Doctor on Friday. Who would get angry with someone for being sick? It's crazy. She will see that I was really sick when I see her in court. Also I contacted my Credit Card company to see about getting my money back. Trust me don't go here. Go somewhere where they can act in a professional manner. STAY AWAY.

The office is clean and inviting, cheerful vibe that is relaxing as well as encouraging. I have no thyroid but this has been working wonders on me!
