I highly recommend the HCG diet under Dr. Keith's care and supervision. I stress the under Dr. Keith's care and supervision. As a result of using HCG and getting rid of a bunch of fat, my cholesterol and triglyceride levels dropped from WAY high, even with medication, to healthy levels without medication. My wife and I started HCG on September 23, 2009. When we started my fully dressed weight was 307 pounds. By March 16, 2010 my fully dressed weight was 198 pounds and I came off Phase 1, and on March 27 my fully dressed weight was 196.75 pounds. With Dr. Keith's help and my wife's support I got rid of right at 110 pounds in five and a half months, and I don't have any lose skin. I did fairly well at keeping the weight off, until my wife's pregnancy. Poor choices on my part led to me going back up to 248.75 pounds on January 25, 2012. On January 27 I started HCG again; April 4 I was back down to 198.5 pounds. HCG with Dr. Keith's care and supervision works if a person is committed to following the plan. It's as simple as following the eating plan to the letter, and as difficult as following the eating plan to the letter. I am learning that keeping the fat off is an equal commitment and a willingness to change my eating habits, and to some extent my lifestyle habits, as getting it off in the first place. I'm 42 years old and I'm weighing in at my Basic Training weight of 22 years ago. All of the fat didn't come on overnight, and a number of times over the years I made efforts to get it off. The speed and effectiveness of Dr. Keith's care and HCG helped me to stay focused to achieve my goal of getting the fat off. My new goal, which I will achieve, is to keep the fat off for good this time. PS When I posted my photos, I obviously got the before photos and after photos out of sequence.
