Currently doing coolsculpting in a few areas and Nurse Monica did my abdominal treatment and was amazing! She walked me through the entire process (including the history—very cool!), explained all the details and what to expect, and was very welcoming and personable. Monica ensured I was comfortable throughout the meeting procedure, and I highly recommend both Ideal Image and Nurse Monica’s care. For my upper back area I had Nurse Amanda, who also went above and beyond. Nurse Amanda was and thoughtful, explained the process and helped me feel at ease. I had the Best experience with my injector today! I got botox and lip filler. She had the magic touch ,hardly felt anything! She made me so comfortable even with talking about my insecurities and being sensitive about showing me before photos and talking treatment plans She would zoom in so I didnt have to see my whole face because I was so insecure about seeing my own picture. I started my laser hair removal treatments with Ideal Image in Seattle and had a much better experience there. The nurses seemed more professional and more experienced. After moving to Missouri I continued my contract at this location and the experience has been very poor. The way the contract is written makes it look up front like you are getting unlimited treatments. In reality it is only unlimited within a limited amount of time, and that time can run out before you get the number of treatments you expected. For me this ended up being about eight sessions, which gave me only around 40 percent hair reduction. I still have about 60 percent of the hair I had before, and I spent over $11,000 for these results. This location has also had major issues with staffing. By the middle of 2024 every single RN at this location had quit. For a few months they were not even able to schedule me for appointments because there were no nurses available. I was told I could go to other locations, but those were booked out months in advance. When they finally hired new nurses I was able to continue, but the quality of treatment was not good. My appointments were often scheduled wrong. Because I had a large treatment area I needed long sessions that took over three hours, but many times they gave me too short of a slot. On several occasions they scrambled to finish, sometimes moving me between rooms or making me come back for another appointment to complete the same session. One time they had two nurses work on me at the same time, one on each side of my body. The second nurse used the wrong laser setting, too high, and burned my arm. Overall the staff were polite to me and I did have a good experience with the manager at this location, but that is the only positive I can say. I feel like I wasted over $11,000 for eight treatments and poor results. I do not feel that Ideal Image as a company is set up to truly help customers get the results they pay for. Instead, the contract ran out of time long before I reached the reduction I expected. I feel like the value for what I spent was very poor, both at this location and with the company as a whole.
