I had a great receptionist take my appointment and clarify all my information. when i arrived I was super appreciative of the warm welcome and atmosphere the shop has to offer. The Owner was open and honest with me about what my skin, what it needs and how to achieve it. I came in to get a consultation for a RF microneedle package (3 for $1200) but she stated:" I don't want you spending $1200 just to take a long time to get results that will not be exactly what i was expecting and need to do more treatments. Instead I have the alma which is perfect for your issues...." . She could have sold me the package then sold me the alma after and kept getting more money instead of actually taking my journey into consideration. She offered me the best plan to get where i want to be and different ways of achieving it. I have a cleanser i currently use and instead of selling me hers she took the time to look at mine and see that it was acceptable. I was only sold the products I needed. The owner took her time explaining how to use the products in the most efficient manner to make them last. I was extremely grateful for her tips as they have paid off these last few weeks. My skin has made vast improvements and the products actually work! I felt truly cared for and with not only my skins best interest but my wallet too! I am A MSU STEM Major which means my two jobs are hardly enough to pay for things but my face is an investment in my future just as much as my schooling. How I present myself, in a professional manner, and make or break a job interview.
