Dr. Menser is a phenomenal dermatologist! She took her time, was very thorough, and answered all of my questions. Whenever I had concerns, she made sure to explain everything clearly and shared her expert knowledge. I’ve never met a doctor who is as kind and genuinely caring toward their patients as she is. I’ll definitely be going back, and I 100% recommend seeing her!

First time customer..Seems pretty disorganized. $250 hydrofacial lasted ~45 minutes, maybe less. Was told by Esthitician that my face stressed her out. Went bc I had a gift card for Christmas, had to call person who gave me the gift card to find out how much was on it. Then tried to sell me on a $600 membership.. Definitely will be going elsewhere.

Called us 3 times on nov 24 th 2025 to confirm appointment. Before we walk out the door they called and cancelled. How is that ok . Blamed it on scheduling. After the the phone calls day before making sure we could come in early . Wow not to mention the actual appointment was at 11:30 how could you not know the schedule was the problem do better .
