Unfortunately we did NOT have a good experience at all. Front desk personnel were amazing. The nurses were amazing and kind. Amanda Brown.... Was not pleasant and she acted very short . Didn't care and didn't know how to "handle" a very upset and anxious patient. Working in the medical field or with people at all is difficult but try to show some kindness, empathy and patience. It goes a long way.

Morgan Ogletree was amazing! I got V-beam treatment on my face to get rid of some rosacea scarring and blood vessels and she did a great job. She was also so patient and explained all of my options in detail and answered a ton of questions I had. She told me we can do different levels of intensity and/or coverage to get different levels of results depending on my pain threshold and whether or not I want to avoid short term bruising. And she checked in probably a dozen times during the short treatment to see how I was doing and if I needed a break since it can be somewhat painful. I have gotten it done from her in the past and she has always been great, I definitely recommend booking with her specifically!

I had a suspicious spot on my face and it was biopsied and came back as skin cancer. Set up an apt and they removed it. Minimal scaring considering it was the crack of where my nostril begins. The staff are professional and I appreciated the aid. The only complaint is waiting months must for an eval/appointment. But that’s normal for dermatology I guess. The nurse practitioner Brown had no bedside manner. Kinda looks at you funny. She will stare at you and have a visible cringe on her face lol. Kinda odd behavior for a medical provider but I have had way worse experiences in other places. She did what she is paid to do and for that I appreciate it.

I wouldn't recommend this clinic to my worst enemy!! Dr. T Huynh doesn't seem to care for her patients!! I've been waiting on medication for over 3 weeks now! They don't even seem to know how to answer the phone!! Zero stars for their service!!. They make sure they get paid to do absolutely nothing!!! I'm surprised that they are even still in business!! I will be reporting my concerns to the board!! My child's life is important whether she thinks so or not! And I don't play about it!!..

Super sweet staff! Everyone is so kind and caring!! We saw Dr. T Huynh, MD and she made very good eye contact when reassuring me everything is fine after she explained what they believe my son has. She was eager to speak with my son's Neuromuscular specialist and was fast in our referral to see Pediatric Orthopedics!! Highly recommend Dr. Huynh!!

I would like to start this review off by saying the front desk and nursing staff have always been friendly and helpful over the past three years attending this clinic. I do not want the 2 stars to reflect their performance, which I believe to be 5 stars. Unfortunately, we have not had the same experience with our physician, Dr. McCowan. If you are looking for a good dermatologist with a pleasant “bedside manner” might I suggest trying a different service provider. Dismissive and curt are not what I am looking for when I have a question or comment.

I went to Miss. Leslie Partridge for my dermatologist treatment..I've been going to her for several years now, she always thorough and professional with her work..Today she was somewhat rude..She told me she would schedule me for another appointment but If I can cancel it if I want to..What kind of wishwashy response is that?? I really caught a bad vibe with her response..Basically..She was letting me know to get the hell on. DAMM!! You were one of the ones...Very Disappointed

If i could give 0 stars I would. The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. Then I saw a nurse practioner and Dr. McCowen and they weren't any better. Its been a five days since my appointment and I still haven't recieved the medication they say I needed, but needed bloodwork from my pcp to make sure my liver was ok to take. (Which I did the same day). I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
