Could not leave a worse review. Amber only is responsive in a timely manner to esthetic and wellness services not covered by insurance. Won’t call back or schedule if you’re actually sick and need to be seen.

Amber is absolutely terrible at her job. I would not recommend her at all as a Nurse Practitioner for you or your family. She is fine in her office, but getting her to send prescriptions in is nearly impossible and she won’t contact you to explain why. My husband had a work injury. He went in for tests and she forgot to call us until I called her 6 months later at which point I found out her had a severe injury. I would never trust her again. She is absolutely unethical in her job.

Amber is an excellent practitioner. She is personable and caring. She listens to what you say and respects your input when she's diagnosing or planning your treatment. Amber is extremely resourceful. I admire the fact that if she doesn't have an answer, or know something, she will tell you, and will follow through with whatever resources need be, until she has an answer. She never makes you feel rushed or like she has other things to do. She takes however long is needed to make sure all your concerns are dealt with. Amber is great! She used to work for CareHere, then I followed her to her private practice, because she was worth following! It can be tough to find a provider who takes their time with patients and is down-to-earth. Amber is both of those things! She is easy to talk to and doesn't hide behind professionalism or rush me as other providers have. Not to mention, she was closing as I was bringing my son in one day but took the time to stay late and see him, anyway. This meant a lot to a distressed mother!

I have been to special doctors in Helena and Missoula to treat my fibromialgia and wasted thousands of dollars and left with no results or correct help until I started seeing Amber. Not only did she get me back to feeling better and getting me on the correct medication, she has always bent over backwards to work around my work schedule to be able to see her when needed. I had my son start to see her as well because I trust her and she knows what she is doing and treats you like a a person not just a patient. She is also upfront and honest and I feel is there for my best interest. Overall, if you want to be treated well and get the best care, I would seek her out!

My visit was on a Sunday morning. There was no receptionist present, so Amber was handling the office by herself. She got me in as quick as possible, examined me, gave me her diagnosis, wrote me a prescription & sent me on my way. I really liked the fact that she actually listened to me when I explained what was going on, which is almost unheard of these days because it seems like a high percentage of healthcare providers just want to get as many patients thru the door as they can every day. DO NOT GO TO HER! I had to have permission to get MY blood drawn, she was “supposed” to order other tests, almost sitting at a year now and she has still not done a thing and now I just found out she apparently dismissed me as a client because “I didn’t see her frequently enough”, I can’t see a doctor if she doesn’t do HER JOB and follow up with her patients. She also did all of this BS with my mother. She canceled all my medications and now I can’t refill them, no notice, nothing whatsoever, I had to hear it from my pharmacist. Even though she just approved my medication refill on September 14th, 2020. Worst Health Care professional I have ever encountered in my life.
