I can’t express adequately the exceptional experience I have had with Logan Health Plastic and Reconstructive Surgical Center. From my first visit with the front office staff to the end result after my surgery. Dr Thomas Wright is an absolute pleasure to work with. His attentiveness to answer all of my questions and never making me feel rushed. His ability to put me at ease with something I had been afraid to address for most of my life made me confident I had chosen the right physician, which allowed me to go in for surgery with complete faith in his competence. His staff took great care of me setting me up with all the pre op visits I would need to prepare me for my surgery. I am 62 years old and having never had surgery of any kind, so what I simply want to say is Thank You Logan Health Plastics and Reconstuctive Surgery and especially Dr Wright for what I can only say is giving me my life back. 2 years ago, I came to Dr. Hromadka for a tip rhinoplasty. I thought I had a bulbous nose tip and wanted it to look more refined. Unfortunately, the end result is the opposite of what I wanted. The left side now has a permanent swell a little higher than the tip and the left side of the tip looks no different; the "refinement" on my right side just looks like a dent. My family, whom I hadn't seen in 4 years, asked me if I'd broken my nose, which, ouch, not what you want to hear. It's now super asymmetrical in an obvious way and makes my old nose look near perfect. I'll have to pay 3x the cost to get it fixed by a revision specialist. The doctor and everyone who work there are very nice people, but I very much regret getting this procedure done here.

Dr. Hromadka is a talented and caring surgeon. Kristy the PA, on the other hand, is challenging to work with. If you have any quesitons she gets defensive and responds in a way to belittle you and put blame on you. I didn't find her professional in any of my dealings with her. I did have two issues with my procedure and due to Kristy's way of handling it, I was forced to contact another plastic surgeon out of state to find answers for what happened.

I had a terrible experience at my consultation. I drove 5 hours to see Dr Spring and was spoken down to very rudely by the insurance biller, basically calling my a liar with friends in high places. Michelle was 1 hour late into the appt and only spent 5 minutes me. She didnt even ask me what outcome I was expecting or anything! She said she didnt have time to discuss other procedures I had interest in. This consult was PAID for! Don't forget to read the fine print in the agreement form that says there could be students observing your surgery as well as resident students practicing on you. Not impressed AT ALL and absolutely frustrated by how it all went. I would give zero stars if I could.
