I seriously LOVE this place. Leila and Chloe are the best-so sweet, patient, caring, and really know what they’re doing. I felt super dizzy and hungry after my appointment because of my anxiety meds, and Leila gave me free food and let me sit and recover before I went home. Chloe always makes me feel safe and comfortable during Brazilians and any other private services. They both go above and beyond. I had the full body and I recommend them 1000%.

My worst fear happened! Laser burn…. they recently got rid of all their nurse practitioners and have completely new people working. I was so scared to go back because of that and the worst happened! They burned me on an area I have never even asked to be treated before with a much higher setting, pure negligence. My neck now has circular burns that immediately showed up in the clinic and they didn’t even apologize and just said they will file a claim and someone will reach out to me.. now I am waiting to hear back from corporate but I’m embarrassed to even step out side because the burns are terrible. To top it off, after 13 sessions, the hair has gotten worse, thicker, darker and is growing in places that it never grew before

Just came for my first consultation at Milan on Franklin street. Sophie and Alexis gave me the warmest welcome as soon as I arrived. Sophie then took me on a great tour with friendly conversation. She did a great job educating me on the process, risks, benefits, and their current promotions. Sophie was extremely personable and even though the Durham location is closer to my apartment, I will be coming back to this location:) Karla did a fantastic job on my Brazilian, I didn’t feel a thing!
