Not the best place to get laser removal (eyebrows)she was done less than a minute I looked myself at the mirror I told her they look the same, then 20 seconds later I was done is hard to tell since the room is so dark once I got to the parking lot my eyebrows look the same. I gave one star because my facial was decent even though I paid in advance somehow they wanting to charged me again.

I had such a wonderful experience getting a facial with Kim! From the moment I arrived, the space felt calm and relaxing. Kim was incredibly warm, professional, and really took the time to understand my skin’s needs. The facial itself was so soothing, and my skin felt instantly refreshed, clean, and glowing. I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to make the experience special. Highly recommend Kim if you’re looking to treat yourself or level up your skincare routine!

Loved my luxury facial here at The Million Dollar spa . Where the world of beauty meets advanced Laser technology. Skin rejuvenation is their specialty. This facility was featured and seen on Keeping up with the Kardashians. They have over one million dollars worth of Laser equipment here hence the reason they are Refered to by the Million Dollar Laser Spa. Joy provided the luxury facial along with the Gua Sha technique on my face, neck & under eye area. I don’t know if it’s just me but I swore the puffiness under my eyes were gone once she performed that under my area . So now I am doing that technique at home because it seems to be very effective. I left leaving their spa extra rejuvenated. They have a variety of other services here like fillers and more. I have been flirting with the idea of fillers under my area , they have well trained and certified nurses etc here as well I have seen a lot of their before and afters and the pics are very impressive.

First and foremost, I have been searching for a pain-free laser for over 3 years now. I came across Essentials Aesthetics and Laser & the laser specialist Ashley- educated me so much on the entire process and made it beyond comfortable and quick for me. I absolutely LOVED her. She is BEYOND knowledgeable, very clean, and such a pleasure to be around. When I tell you this was the BEST experience.. I could go on and on, but let me tell you. After just one session, I already noticed an INSANE change in my hair growth. My target areas were my underarms and Brazilian- and I can already see a MAJOR difference. I’m so happy I found Ashley 🤍 I truly wish I could go in for a laser treatment every week… that’s how GREAT is was. They have the best laser machine. I started going to Essential Aesthetics for almost a year now. Purchased a package for resurfacing, due to scaring an large pores etc.. I was skeptical at first not knowing what to expect an wanting to see immediate results as I thought. However the process is a few sessions depending on the scar depth etc.After my first treatment my skin felt so amazing an the skin tone evened out a little more which I was surprised. The staff is so friendly an amazing!! Lori has a heart of gold an wants the VERY BEST for her clients as well as the other staff members. Lori is very inviting an tells you what’s happening through out the process of what ever procedure you are doing. After my membership package I will be doing the lip plumper session 🙂. This place has all of your skin care needs you could think of!! I highly recommend them as they will treat you like family!! Keep up the great work guys!!

I give it 4 stars because I have always been grateful for finding this place when I did my full body laser I have loved the results. I have always loved coming here for the great overall luxurious experience. From knowledgeable laser technicians to friendly front staff. But today that wasn’t the case I have been struggling to feel the same experience coming in for my touch ups for certain areas. But it seems that the laser/front desk area has been a bit neglected but I get it maybe the business is focusing on different services and products instead of laser. They post great photos have great ambiance basically good social media appearance but the quality for a person coming in for an apt seems a bit off. For me having to wait in the front with no clear front desk person no one to greet you, to then having great difficulty keeping with the same laser technician because of turnover, i booked with a new person today since I was in town for a laser touch up that I did last time but they (front desk and laser tech) seemed confused and appear to not be familiar with their line of work or on what services or areas I want treated. I had to cut my time short and ended up not getting the areas I wanted treated due to just an unprofessional unpleasant start. I even saw the lady who finished her service get irritated having to wait on the front desk girl to show up eventually to check her out. I wish this location had more permanent front desk or laser tech. All I ask for in a beauty service experience is for someone to greet me at the front then listen to me when I tell them what I am looking for in my treatment and be knowledgeable and quick to give me a price and then be confident and calm and knowledgeable when treating me. I don’t like people that looked confused, in a hurry, unbothered, not detail oriented (the lady never gave me protective eye wear during my laser treatment) I don’t like to pay for that type of service. :/

I have been coming to Essential Aesthetics for a year now. I moved to Charlotte from New Orleans and I was very hesitant about trying a new laser spa. My consultation with Lori was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. As an African American woman a lot of laser places don’t cater to my skin type. Essential Aesthetics definitely does! For 20 plus years I have suffered with Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), therefore I have a lot of scar tissue and ingrown hairs. Since starting my laser journey my I don’t get ingrown hairs anymore. My laser technician Faith is spectacular!!! She is so genuine and passionate about what she does. If I have questions or concerns she has no problem answering them. She gives her honest opinion on what services I truly need. Thank you Faith! I can’t wait to get my first chemical peel next week. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and very welcoming. I would highly recommend because Essential Aesthetics!
